Մոտ 1 տարի առաջ դաժան ծեծի ենթարկված փոխգնդապետ Արա Մխիթարյանին տեղափոխել են տուն

Եղեգնաձորում մոտ 1 տարի առաջ դաժան ծեծի հետեւանքով կոմայի մեջ գտնվող փոխգնդապետ Արա Մխիթարյանին 10 օր առաջ տեղափոխել են տուն: Այս մասին NEWS.am-ին հայտնեց փոխգնդապետի եղբայրը` Կարեն Մխիթարյանը` նշելով, որ հիմանական սարքավորումները անջատված են եւ բժիշկների հորդորով են տեղափոխել եղբորը:
«Արդեն 10 օր է` եղբայրս տանն է, բժիշկների հսկողության տակ է: Հիմնական խնամքը մենք ենք կազմակերպում: Նրա վիճակում որեւէ փոփոխություն չկա»,-ասաց Կարենը:
Նշենք, որ այս գործով տեղի է ունեցել մեկ դատական նիստ, հաջորդ նիստը նշանակված է հոկտեմբեր ամսին:
Հիշեցնենք, որ մարտի 6-ին, Վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանը բավարարել էր փոխգնդապետին ծեծի ենթարկելու գործով մեղադրյալ Զավեն Գրիգորյանին ազատ արձակելու՝ փաստաբանի ներկայացրած միջնորդությունը եւ մեղադրյալը 1 միլիոն 500 հազար դրամ գրավով ազատ էր արձակվել։ Արա Մխիթարյանը 8 ամսից ավելի է` կոմայի մեջ է։
Այս գործով մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել Վայոց Ձորի նախկին մարզպետի օգնական Հարություն Գրիգորյանին, մեղադրյալի կարգավիճակում է նաեւ նրա եղբայրը՝ Զավեն Գրիգորյանը։ Միջադեպից մեկ շաբաթ անց Վայոց Ձորի մարզպետի պաշտոնից հրաժարական էր տվել Տրդատ Սարգսյանը, որը, ըստ շրջանառվող տեղեկությունների եւ որոշ վկայությունների՝ դեպքի վայրում է եղել։
Այդ վկայությունները տվել են դեպքին ականատես 4 սպաները, որոնք ասել են, որ նախկին մարզպետը եղել է դեպքի վայրում եւ հետեւել է միջադեպին` չկանխելով այն: ՔԿ-ն ժխտել էր այս հանգամանքը՝ հայտնելով, որ Վայոց ձորի նախկին մարզպետ Տրդատ Սարգսյանը 2019թ. սեպտեմբերի 17-ին տեղի ունեցած վիճաբանությանն ականատես չի եղել, դեպքի վայրում չի գտնվել:
Նշենք, որ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության վարչության որոշմամբ Տրդատ Սարգսյանը նշանակվել է կուսակցության աշխատակազմի ղեկավար։
