Չարաշահումներ Գյումրիի համայնքապետարանի ենթակայությամբ գործող 2 մարզադպրոցներում

ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության համապատասխան ստորաբաժանումների կողմից ձեռնարկված արդյունավետ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական համալիր միջոցառումների արդյունքում ձեռք են բերվել առերևույթ փաստական տվյալներ այն մասին, որ Գյումրիի համայնքապետարանի ենթակայությամբ գործող «Յուրի Վարդանյանի անվան ծանրամարտի մանկապատանեկան մարզադպրոց» ՀՈԱԿ-ի պաշտոնատար անձինք, օգտագործելով իրենց պաշտոնեական դիրքը, 2010 թվականից մինչև 2020 թվականն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում նախնական համաձայնությամբ, ապօրինի, անհատույց, շահադիտական դրդումներով, 18 քաղաքացիների հրամանագրել են տարբեր հաստիքներում և, հաստատապես տեղյակ լինելով վերջինների կողմից աշխատանքի չհաճախելու, աշխատանքային պարտականությունները չկատարելու հանգամանքի մասին, կանխիկ, իսկ հետագայում նաև բանկային փոխանցումների եղանակով ստացել են այդ աշխատակիցների անվամբ ելքագրված գումարները՝ այդ կերպ հափշտակելով Գյումրիի համայնքապետարանի բյուջեից ելքագրված առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի՝ 32.000.000 ՀՀ դրամի գումարները:
ՀՀ ԱԱԾ քննչական դեպարտամենտում նախապատրաստված նյութերով փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել նաև առ այն, որ Գյումրիի համայնքապետարանի ենթակայությամբ գործող մեկ այլ՝ «Համալիր մանկապատանեկան մարզադպրոց» ՀՈԱԿ-ի տնօրեն հանդիսացած Ա. Կ.-ը և հաշվապահ Ա. Պ.-ը 2009 թվականից մինչև 2020 թվականն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում օգտագործելով իրենց պաշտոնեական դիրքը, մեկ միասնական դիտավորությամբ, շահադիտական դրդումներով, ընդհանուր թվով 6 անձանց ձևականորեն հրամանագրել են տարբեր հաստիքներում՝ համայնքապետարանի բյուջեից հափշտակելով 10.600.000 ՀՀ դրամի գումարները:
Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ԱԱԾ քննչական դեպարտամենտում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի համապատասխան հոդվածների հատկանիշներով հարուցվել են երկու քրեական գործեր, որոնցով ձեռնարկվում են ակտիվ միջոցառումներ՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները պարզելու, հանցանք կատարած անձանց ամբողջական շրջանակը պարզելու, համայնքին պատճառված վնասը վերականգնելու ուղղությամբ:
