Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում կորոնավիրուսային հիվանդությամբ (COVID-19) պայմանավորված իրավիճակից ելնելով՝ ՀՀ կառավարության 11.09.2020թ. N 1514-Ն որոշմամբ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ողջ տարածքում սահմանվել է կարանտին՝ 2020 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 11-ի ժամը 17.00-ից մինչև 2021 թվականի հունվարի 11-ը ներառյալ:

Վարչական իրավախախտումների վերաբերյալ ՀՀ օրենսգրքի 182.4-րդ հոդվածով նախատեսված է պատասխանատվություն` կարանտին սահմանելու մասին որոշմամբ կիրառվող սահմանափակումների խախտման համար:

Ոստիկանության կողմից արձանագրվելու և քննվելու են 182.4-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին, 2-րդ և 5-8-րդ, 9-րդ և 10-րդ մասերով նախատեսված վարչական իրավախախտումների վերաբերյալ գործերը:
Մասնավորապես՝

Կարանտին սահմանելու մասին որոշմամբ սահմանված համաճարակի (կարանտինային) գոտի մուտքի և ելքի հատուկ ռեժիմը խախտելը, որն առաջացնում է տուգանքի նշանակում` 50.000 — 70.000 դրամի չափով:

Կարանտինի ընթացքում անձանց ազատ տեղաշարժվելու իրավունքի կամ տրանսպորտային միջոցների տեղաշարժման սահմանափակումները խախտելը, ինչպես և դրանց զննման իրականացմանը խոչընդոտելը, որոնք առաջացնում են տուգանքի նշանակում` 10.000 դրամի չափով։

Ծանոթություն
Բնակության վայրի բնակելի տարածքից դուրս գտնվելիս և տեղաշարժվելիս անձը հաստատող փաստաթղթի առկայությունը պարտադիր է:

Կարանտինի ընթացքում հավաքներ կազմակերպելու կամ անցկացնելու սահմանափակումները խախտելը, որն առաջացնում է տուգանքի նշանակում` 50.000 — 200.000 դրամի չափով:

Կարանտինի ընթացքում հավաքների մասնակցելու սահմանափակումները խախտելը, որն առաջացնում է տուգանքի նշանակում` 10.000 դրամի չափով։

Ծանոթություն
Հավաքներ կազմակերպել, անցկացնել և հավաքներին մասնակցել թույլատրվում է միայն ՀՀ կառավարության 11.09.2020թ. N 1514-Ն որոշման հավելվածի 18-րդ կետով սահմանված անհատական պաշտպանության միջոցների կիրառման և անձանց միջև նվազագույնը 1,5 մետր հեռավորության պահպանման դեպքում:

Կարանտինի ընթացքում հանրային միջոցառումներ կազմակերպելու, անցկացնելու կամ դրանց մասնակցելու սահմանափակումները և արգելքները խախտելը, որն առաջացնում է տուգանքի նշանակում` 50.000 — 100.000 դրամի չափով։
