Ճանապարհաշինություն. Կապալառու կազմակերպությունները վերացնում են թերությունները

2018 և 2019 թվականներին միջին նորոգման մեծածավալ աշխատանքներ են իրականացվել միջպետական նշանակության ավտոճանապարհներին: Սակայն որոշ ճանապարհահատվածներ ի հայտ եկած թերությունների պատճառով չեն ընդունվել պատվիրատուի կողմից: Այժմ կապալառու կազմակերպություններն իրենց միջոցներով շտկում են այդ խնդիրները։

Լիճք համայնքից մինչև Մարտունի քաղաք (Մ-10‚ Սևան-Մարտունի-Գետափ միջպետական նշանակության ավտոճանապարհի կմ 57+000-կմ 64+400 հատված) միջին նորոգման աշխատանքներ են կատարվել‚ որոք ընդհանուր առմամբ համապատասխանել են նորմերին՝ բացառությամբ 1,3 կիլոմետր հատվածում. այստեղ լաբորատոր փորձարկումների հիման վրա հայտնաբերվել են թերություններ։ Նշյալ հատվածը չի ընդունվել պատվիրատուի կողմից: Կապալառու կազմակերպությունը պարտավորվել է 2020 թվականին իր միջոցներով վերացնել արձանագրված թերությունները. իրականացվել են փոսային նորոգումներ‚ տեղադրվել է ասֆալտբետոնե ևս մեկ շերտ:

Թերություններ են գրանցվել նաև Մ-14‚ Ծովագյուղ-Շորժա-Վարդենիս միջպետական նշանակության ավտոճանապարհի 7 կմ (կմ 12+000- կմ 19+000) հատվածի 4.6 կմ ընդհանուր երկարությամբ 2 առանձին հատվածներում: Այստեղ աշխատանքներ իրականացվել են 2018 թվականին։ Պատվիրատուն ճանապարհը չի ընդունել շահագործման. կատարվել է լաբորատոր փորձաքննություն‚ արձանագրվել են բացասական արդյունքներ։ Շինարարը պարտավորվել է 2020 թվականին իր սեփական միջոցներով շտկել թերությունները: Վերջինս 4.6 կիլոմետր երկարությամբ ճանապարհի 2 առանձին տեղամասերում (կմ 1+300-կմ 3+300) փոխել է ասֆալտբետոնե ծածկը:

Թերությունները շտկվում են նաև Մ-7‚ Սպիտակ-Գյումրի-հայ-թուրքական սահման միջպետական նշանակության ավտոճանապարհի՝ 8 կիլոմետր երկարությամբ (կմ 19+000 - կմ 27+000) հատվածի 3 առանձին տեղամասերում: Շինարարական աշխատանքները նշված ճանապարհին կատարվել են 2019 թվականին: Սակայն ճանապարհը չի ընդունվել, քանի որ արձանագրվել են ճանապարհածածկի խտության հետ կապված խնդիրներ: Լաբորատոր փորձաքննության բացասական արդյունքների հիման վրա կապալառու կազմակերպությունը 2020 թվականին իր միջոցներով 3 առանձին տեղամասերում (կմ 22+200-կմ 22+900, կմ 23+500- կմ 24+100, կմ 24+800- կմ 25+300) տեղադրում է 5 սմ հաստությամբ ասֆալտբետոնե ծածկ։
