«Սուրբ Գրիգոր Լուսավորիչ» ԲԿ-ում COVID-19 վարակի ամենավտանգավոր բարդություններից մեկի հերթական դեպքն է ախտորոշվել
SOCIETY«Սուրբ Գրիգոր Լուսավորիչ» ԲԿ-ն հայտարարություն է տարածել, որում նշվել է․
«Սուրբ Գրիգոր Լուսավորիչ բժշկական կենտրոնում COVID-19 վարակի ամենավտանգավոր և հազվադեպ բարդություններից մեկի՝ սուր բորբոքային դեմիելինիզացնող պոլիռադիկուլոնեյրոպաթիայի հերթական դեպքն է ախտորոշվել և հաջողությամբ բուժվել նյարդաբանների կողմից։
Գիյեն Բարեի համախտանիշը հիմնականում զարգանում է որպես աղիքային և շնչական վարակների ոչ հեռակա բարդություն, երբ իմուն համակարգի գործառույթի խանգարման պատճառով վերջինս վնասում է ծայրամասային նյարդերը՝ առաջացնելով հարաճող զգացողական խանգարումներ և մկանային թուլություն, ընդ որում մկանային թուլությունը կարող է պրոգրեսիվել ժամերի ընթացքում` ընդգրկելով նաև շնչական մկանները (երբեմն պահանջելով անցում թոքերի արհեստական օդափոխության), ամբողջապես զրկելով պացիենտին շարժողական ակտիվությունից։
Պացիենտը՝ 62 տարեկան տղամարդ, բուժվել է այլ COVID բուժհաստատությունում 14 օր։ Համախտանիշը ունեցել է խիստ արագ ընթացք և արթնանալուց և առաջին գանգատներից մի քանի ժամ անց արդեն զարգացել է բոլոր վերջույթների խիստ արտահայտված մկանային թուլություն՝ քայլքի և ինքնասպասարկման անհնարինությամբ։
Մեր բուժկենտրոնում ախտորոշվել է Գիյեն – Բարեի համախտանիշը և անհապաղ սկսվել է բուժումը՝ իմունոթերապիա մարդկային իմունոգլոբուլինով։ Բուժման արդեն իսկ 3-րդ օրվանից պացիենտի առողջական վիճակը էականորեն բարելավել է և սպեցիֆիկ բուժման ավարտից և կորոնավիրուսային վարակի հաղթահարումից հետո տեղափոխվել է մասնագիտացված վերականգնողական բուժման։
