Սողացող հեղափոխությունը` սողացող լավայի նման սկսել է արգելակել և սառչել: Ձևավորվում է առաջնագծի արգելակող կեղևը: Այլևս հասարակության շատ տարբեր շերտերում և ծակոտիներում ձևավորվում է պրոտեստանտ ռեսուրս: Նախկին հեղափոխական, իսկ այժմ պրոտեստանտ լայն խմբերը հենց իշխանությունից են պահանջում իրենց խնդիրների լուծում և պահանջների բավարարում, որոնց այլևս հնարավոր չէ կերակրել «նախկիններ», «թալան», «կոռումպացված ռեժիմ» էպիտետներով: Այս սողացող ներհասարակական վրդովմունքն ու ապատիան առայժմ համր է և քաղաքական տեսք և ֆորմատ չունի, որքան էլ իշխանությունը փորձի սանձել , իսկ ընդիմությունն էլ փորձի ստանձնել այդ պրոտեստի ներկայացուցչական գործառույթը:
Հստակ է , որ նախահայր ՀԱԿ-ից ծնված նախկին ՀԻՄԱ- ական և այժմյան ՔՊ-ական կոնգլոմերատը,իր ողջ գենետիկ և քաղաքական թշվառ մտահորիզոնի մակարդակով ունակ չէ ընկալել այս ամենը և առաջ է շարժվում կամակոր, թերուս պատանու ինքնավերիչ ինքնավստահությամբ, ով չի գիտակցում ո՛չ իր թերուսության աստիճանը, ո՛չ էլ դատարկ ինքնավստահության վտանգը:
Չի ընկալում, որովհետև ձեռքին ունի զենք` «իշխանություն», ինչով վախեցնելու և այն օգտագործելու, թե՛ գայթակղությունը, և թե՛ հնարավորությունը կուրացնում է իր ուժերը գնահատելու իրական շրջանակը:
Հենց այսպիսի ամբարտավան և թվացյալ ուժ և ռեսուրս ունի մերօրյա իշխանությունը, ում հետևում է նրա ծնողը` «ժողովուրդը» խորը դժբախտացող հայացքով և ուղղելու անհույս ակնկալիքներով: Ծնողն ու պատանյակը այնքան են օտարվել միմյանցից, որ նույնիսկ ծնողի ներողամտությունն ու մեծահոգությունը որևէ կերպ չեն նպաստում պատանյակի այլասերման կանխարգելմանը: Պատանյակը սկսում է տանից ավելի շատ ու շատ փող ուզել, քիչ ստանալու դեպքում մեղադրում և մեղսագրում է ծնողին, դժգոհում, ստում դառնում անվերահսկելի, մտածում առանց հարցնելու տանից փող թռցնելու մասին և դա անելը դառնում է ժամանակի հարց: Ծնողի հիասթափությունը և թևաթափությունը ժամանակի հարց է, իսկ պատանյակի կործանումը`անխուսափելի:
