Քրեական գործ է հարուցվել ՔՕ 243-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով: Չվճարված հարկերի գումարը կազմել է ավելի քան 6 մլն բելառուսական ռուբլի (մոտ 2,3 մլն դոլար):
