Տեղի ունեցողը ժամանակավոր բնույթ ունի՞

Ինչպես հայտնի է, ԱԺ-ն նախօրեին ընտրեց Սահմանադրական դատարանի երեք դատավորների, ինչը թուլ տվեց վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին հայտարարել՝ «Սահմանադրական դատարանի շուրջ ճգնաժամը վերջացել է», չնայած, որ շատ մասնագետներ պնդում են, թե նախ՝ իշխանություններն իրենք են ստեղծել իրական ճգնաժամ, և երկրորդ՝ այն, ինչ տեղի է ունենում, հակաիրավական է, ավելին՝ հակասահմանադրական է։ Ինչ վերաբերում է բուն ընտրություններին, ապա մենք առիթ ունեցել ենք նշելու, որ առանձին ուժեր շոկի մեջ են հայտնվել դրանցից, սակայն «Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, իրենց իսկ ընտրությունից ոչ պակաս շոկի մեջ են հայտնվել մի շարք «իմքայլականներ»:
Բոլորս ականատես եղանք, թե ինչպես իշխանական թիմը խորհրդարանում նախ քննադատեց, որոշ դեպքերում՝ շատ ծայրահեղական ու կոպիտ տոնայնությամբ, իսկ քննարկման հաջորդ օրը փակ գաղտնի ռեժիմով գրեթե միաձայն (1-2 վերապահումներով) ընտրեց ՍԴ դատավորի երեք թեկնածուներին։ Մեր տեղեկություններով, իրադարձություններն ընթացել են անակնկալ ռեժիմով. մասնավորաբար, ՍԴ անդամների ընտրության նախօրեին երեկոյան կառավարությունում տեղի է ունեցել հանդիպում իշխանական ուժի օրենսդրական թևի պատասխանատուների հետ, և քաղաքական ղեկավարության կողմից հատուկ հանձնարարական է իջեցվել ՍԴ դատավորների քվեարկության հարցում խմբակցությունում լինել միակարծիք և կողմ քվեարկել բոլոր երեք թեկնածուներին։
Ըստ խորհրդարանական կուլիսներում պտտվող խոսակցությունների, օրենսդիրի ներկայացուցիչներին հանգամանալից բացատրվել է, որ այն, ինչ տեղի է ունենում ներկայումս, ամբողջովին ժամանակավոր երևույթ է, քանի որ առաջիկայում դատաիրավական ոլորտում տեղի են ունենալու էլ ավելի արմատական փոփոխություններ՝ ստեղծվելու է Գերագույն դատարան, և ՍԴ-ն փաստացի վերանալու է։
