Ռուսաստանի և Բելառուսի նախագահները հաստատել են Միութենական պետության պայմանագիրը բարեփոխելու իրենց մտադրությունը

Սեպտեմբերի 14-ին Սոչիում կայացած հանդիպմանը Ռուսաստանի և Բելառուսի նախագահներ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը և Ալեքսանդր Լուկաշենկոն հաստատել են Միութենական պետության պայմանագիրը բարեփոխելու իրենց մտադրությունը`հաշվի առնելով ժամանակի պահանջները: Այս մասին սեպտեմբերի 17-ին հայտարարել է Ռուսաստանի արտգործնախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը RTVI հեռուստաալիքին տված հարցազրույցում, գրում է eadaily.com կայքը:
Լավրովը հիշեցրել է, որ Ռուսաստանի և Բելառուսի` Միութենական պետություն ստեղծելու մասին պայմանագրի կնքումից ի վեր 20 տարի է անցել:
«Պայմանագրում գրված ամեն բան այժմ վերլուծվում է: Երկու կողմերն էլ նույն կարծիքին են. դաշնակցային պայմանագրի այս կամ այն դրույթը մնում է արդիական, կամ անհրաժեշտ են որոշ լրացուցիչ ճշգրտումներ: Գոյություն ունի 31 ճանապարհային քարտեզ, որից յուրաքանչյուրը նվիրված է դաշնակցային պայմանագրի հստակ հատվածի: Այսպիսով, բարեփոխումը շարունակելու տրամադրվածություն կա: Նախագահները դա հաստատել են վերջերս կայացած հեռախոսազրույցում: Դա հաստատվել է նաև Սոչիում Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության և Բելառուսի Հանրապետության նախագահների հանդիպմամբ»,-նշել է ՌԴ արտգործնախարարը:
Երկու երկրների կառավարությունների կողմից համաձայնեցված քայլերը որոշելու բուն աշխատանքը սկսվել է մի քանի տարի առաջ: Լավրովը հիշեցրել է, որ վերջերս Լուկաշենկոն ռուս լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը խոստովանել է, որ իրավիճակը փոխվել է, և «անհրաժեշտ է պայմանավորվել, թե ինչպես խորացնել ինտեգրումն այսօրվա տեսանկյունից»:
Ինչ վերաբերում է պայմանագիրը բարելավելու ուղղությամբ կատարված աշխատանքների արդյունքներին, Լավրովի խոսքով՝ «դրա տեսքը կախված կլինի երկու երկրների պայմանավորվածությունից»:
