Փարիզի դատարանը Թեթև աթլետիկայի համառուսական ֆեդերացիայի նախկին նախագահ Վալենտին Բալախնիչևին մեղավոր է ճանաչել ռուս մարզիկների դոպինգ թեստերի դրական արդյունքների թաքցման գործով։ Այդ մասին գրում է «РИА Новости»-ն։

Ֆեդերացիայի նախկին նախագահին մեղադրում էին ակտիվ և պասիվ կոռուպցիայի մեջ։ Նա դատապարտվել է երեք տարի ազատազրկման։ Բալախնիչևը գտնվում է միջազգային հետախուզման մեջ։ Բացի այդ, դատարանը պասիվ կոռուպցիայի հոդվածով մեղավոր է ճանաչել նաև ռուս նախկին մարզիչ Ալեքսեյ Մելնիկովին, որը նույնպես գտնվում է միջազգային հետախուզման մեջ։ Դատարանը նրան դատապարտել է 2 տարի ազատազրկման։

Հրապարակելով իր որոշումը՝ դատավոր Ռոզ Մարի Ունոն նշել է, որ երկու դատապարտյալների նկատմամբ կշարունակի գործել ձերբակալության միջազգային օրդերը։ Բալախնիչևը «РИА Новости»-ի լրագրողին հեռախոսով հայտնել է, որ իրեն զրկել են պաշտպանության օրինական իրավունքից և նա մտադիր է բողոքարկել դատարանի որոշումը։

«Նրանք հայտնում են, որ կձերբակալեն ինձ, ընդ որում` ոչ թե միջազգային դատարանի ընթացակարգով, այլ ֆրանսիական օրենսդրությամբ։ Սա ի՞նչ խաղ է։ Այս խաղը վերջին տարիներին իրականացվում է Ռուսաստանի նկատմամբ, իսկ ես այդ խաղի պատանդներից եմ»,- նշել է գործակալության զրուցակիցը։

Բալախնիչևը և Մելնիկովը մեղադրվում էին մարզիկներից, ընդհանուր առմամբ, 3,45 միլիոն եվրո շորթելու մեջ՝ փոխարենը խոստանալով «լիարժեք պաշտպանություն»։ Նրանք անցնում էին Թեթև աթլետիկայի ֆեդերացիաների միջազգային ասոցիացիայի նախկին ղեկավար Լամին Դիակի գործով։

Ֆրանսիական դատախազության տվյալներով՝ Դիակը և նրա որդին՝ Պապա Մասատա Դիակը եղել են կոռուպցիոն սխեմայի կենտրոնում, որի շրջանակներում ռուսական մարզիկներից ստացել են «մի քանի միլիոն եվրոյի կաշառք»՝ դոպինգ թեստերի դրական արդյունքները թաքցնելու համար։

Դիակը դատարանում նշել է, որ այդ քայլին դիմել է կազմակերպության ֆինանսական բարեկեցության համար։ Նա նաև խոստովանել է, որ թեթև աթլետների նկատմամբ պատժամիջոցները հետաձգվել են, որպեսզի չփչացնեն Ռուսաստանի վարկանիշը՝ 2013 թվականին Մոսկվայում կայանալիք թեթև աթլետիկայի աշխարհի առաջնությանն ընդառաջ։

87-ամյա Դիակը մեղավոր է ճանաչվել կոռուպցիայի ու վստահության չարաշահման մեջ և դատապարտվել չորս տարի ազատազրկման, որից երկու տարին պայմանական։ Բացի այդ, նա կվճարի 500 000 եվրո տուգանք։
