Բելառուսի ԱԳՆ ղեկավարը ՄԱԿ ՄԻԽ-ի բանաձեւը անվանել է հորինված եւ վտանգավոր նախադեպ ստեղծող

Բելառուսի վերաբերյալ ՄԱԿ Մարդու իրավունքների խորհրդի (ՄԻԽ) բանաձեւը հորինված է եւ վտանգավոր նախադեպ է ստեղծում Միացյալ ազգերի կազմակերպության համար: Այդ մասին լրագրողներին ասել է հանրապետության արտաքին գործերի նախարար Վլադիմիր Մակեյը:

«Բանաձեւը բացարձակ հորինված է: Եվ պետք է ասեմ, որ ՄԱԿ-ի համար ստեղծվում է շատ վտանգավոր նախադեպ: Ինչո՞ւ։ Որովհետեւ ՄԱԿ կանոնադրության 2-րդ հոդվածը հստակ ասում է, որ Կազմակերպությունը չպետք է միջամտի այս կամ այն պետության ներքին իրավասություններին: Այս բանաձեւը միանշանակ միջամտություն է Բելառուսի ներքին գործերին, քանի որ որոշ առաջարկություններ նախատեսում են Բելառուսի իրավիճակի գնահատում, ընտրությունների արդյունքների գնահատում, տարբեր կուսակցությունների վարքագծի գնահատում եւ այլն, եւ այլն»,- Մակեյի խոսքերն է մեջբերել Բելառուսի ԱԳՆ մամուլի ծառայությունը:

Նա հավելել է, որ Մինսկի արձագանքը համարժեք կլինի, եւ ինքը, գործընկերների հետ միասին, քայլեր կձեռնարկի իր շահերը պաշտպանելու համար: «Իհարկե, մենք պատշաճ կերպով կարձագանքենք այս փաստաթղթին եւ համախոհ երկրների հետ միասին կձեռնարկենք համապատասխան գործողություններ՝ ուղղված Բելառուսի շահերի պաշտպանությանը»,- հավելել է Մակեյը:

Մակեյը նախազգուշացրել է օտարերկրյա գործընկերներին, որ Մինսկը չի ընդունի ոչ ոքի չներկայացնող ընդդիմախոսների հետ երկխոսության մեջ մտնելու համար Բելառուսի իշխանություններին ստիպելու փորձերը:

«Եվրամիության նախաձեռնությամբ ներգրավված է նաեւ Եվրոպայում անվտանգության եւ համագործակցության կազմակերպությունը,- հիշեցրել է նա,- Մշտական խորհրդում առաջարկություն է արվել Բելառուսի հետ կապված օգտագործել, այսպես կոչված, Մոսկովյան մեխանիզմը: Մեխանիզմը նախատեսում է ստեղծել որոշակի փորձագիտական խումբ եւ ուղարկել այն Բելառուս` մարդու իրավունքների հետ կապված իրավիճակն ուսումնասիրելու համար: Բելառուսի կառավարությունը բացարձակապես մտադիր չէ մասնակցել այդ մեխանիզմի իրագործմանը, եւ մենք կտրականապես չենք ընդունում նման մոտեցումները, ինչպես նաեւ տարբեր արտաքին միջնորդության առաջարկները՝ իշխանություններին երկխոսության մեջ մղելու ընդդիմախոսների հետ, որոնք պարզ չեն, թե ինչ են իրենից ներկայացնում»:
