«Հենակետ» վերլուծական կենտրոնի համահիմնադիր Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է .
Ադրբեջանից ու Թուրքիայից հնչող հայտարարությունները ոչ միայն փաստում, վերահաստատում են բանակցային գործընթացում ստեղծված փակուղային իրավիճակի մասին, այլ պարզորոշ կերպով ահազանգ հնչեցնում մեծացող անվտանգային սպառնալիքների մասին:
Որպես առաջնային քայլ համապատասխան ինստիտուտներին, իրավասու կառույցներին առաջարկում եմ՝
Առաջին, էականորեն մեծացնել այս փուլում պահեստազորազորային կազմի հավաքների մասնակիցների թիվը:
Երկրորդ, աշխարհազորայինների մասին օրենքն ամբողջացնել՝ հաշվի առնելով այս ընթացքում հնչեցված առաջարկները, հրատապ կարգով մտցնել Ազգային ժողով և ընդունել: Անցնել կազմավորման աշխատանքներին:
Երրորդ, պատերազմի մասնակիցներին միավորող կազմակերպությունների հետ խորհրդակցությունների միջոցով և համապատասխան առողջապահական ընթացակարգերից հետո կազմավորել համահավաք ստորաբաժանումներ, անցկացնել հավաքներ և նրանց ժամանակավոր կցել սահմանի տարբեր ուղղություններով տեղակայված բանակային միավորումներին:
Հետագայում դիտարկել նրանց՝ աշխարհազորում ներգրավվելու ձևաչափն ու հնարավորությունները, սակայն կոնկրետ այս փուլում, նկատի ունենալով արագ գործելու կարևորությունը, ներգրավվել այս ձևաչափով:
Չորրորդ, կարելի է դիտարկել նաև, առայժմ կամավոր հիմքունքներով, պահեստազորից ներկայացուցիչներ առանձնացնելու և նրանց սահմանի տարբեր ուղղություններով մարտական հերթապահության կամ որպես զորամասերի, գումարտակների լրացուցիչ ռեզերվ ներգրավելու հարցը:
Կարևոր չէ, թե արդյո՞ք վաղը, մի շաբաթ կամ մեկ ամիս հետո ռազմական գործողությունները կվերսկսվեն, այս պահին անվտանգային սպառնալիքներն ակհայտորեն մեծացել են և մենք մեզ ապահովագրելու նպատով պետք է անհրաժեշտ քայլեր ձեռնարկենք:
