Երեկ՝ սեպտեմբերի 20-ին, խոշոր ավտովթար է տեղի ունեցել Կոտայքի մարզում։ Ժամը 23։20-ի սահմաններում Հրազդան քաղաքի Վանատուր թաղամասի Զորավար Անդրանիկի պողոտայի և Հայ ֆիդայիների փողոցի օղակաձև խաչմերուկում բախվել են Հրազդան քաղաքի բնակիչներ՝ 24-ամյա Նարեկ Դանիելյանի վարած Mercedes մակնիշի և 51-ամյա Աբել Ավագյանի վարած Jinbei մակնիշի ավտոմեքենաները։

 Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, վթարի հետևանքով Ա. Ավագյանը, նրա ավտոմեքենայում գտնվող Հրազդանի բնակիչ՝ 46-ամյա Ժաննա Արզումանյանը, Mercedes-ի ուղևոր՝ Հրազդան քաղաքի բնակիչ, 19-ամյա Գոռ Դանիելյանը մարմնական վնասվածքներով բուժօգնոթյան են դիմել «Հրազդան» բժշկական կենտրոն իսկ Mercedes-ի վարորդ Ն. Դանիելյանը, ավտոմեքենան թողնելով դեպքի վայրում, հեռացել է։

Օպերատիվորեն ժամանել են Արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության փրկարար ծառայության Կոտայքի մարզային փրկարարական վարչության Հրազդանի հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատը՝ 1 մարտական հաշվարկով։

Ժամանել են նաև Ճանապարհային ոստիկանության 2-րդ սպայական գումարտակի 3-րդ վաշտի 2-դ դասակի ծառայողները՝ վաշտի հրամանատար Արթուր Պետրոսյանի, դասակի հրամանատար Սարգիս Բագրատյանի գլխավորությամբ։

Տեղում հետաքննչական աշխատանքները ղեկավարել է նույն վաշտի ավագ հետաքննիչ Արթուր Մինասյանը, ում կողմից փաստի առթիվ նյութեր են նախապատրաստվում։

Վթարի մասին ՃՈ 1-77 օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոնի պատասխանատու հերթապահ Յուրա Հովհաննիսյանը տեղեկությունը փոխանցել է ոստիկանության Հրազդանի բաժին, որտեղից ժամանել է հերթապահ խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ Արտակ Ղազարյանի գլխավորությամբ։

Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ Jinbei ավտոմեքենան հաշվառված է «Հրազդան» բժշկական կենտրոնի հաշվեկշռում։

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
