Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանը դատական հայց է ներկայացրել դատախազություն ընդդեմ հունական «Dimokratia» պարբերականի ղեկավարության, որը սեպտեմբերի 18-ին թվագրված հրապարակման մեջ «վիրավորել է իրեն»: Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է «Անադոլու» գործակալությունը:

Թուրք առաջնորդի փաստաբաններից մեկը` Հուսսեյն Այդընը, տեղեկացրել է, որ հայցը ներկայացվել է Թուրքիայի քրեական օրենսգրքի 299-րդ հոդվածը խախտելու համար, այն է` «Նախագահի նկատմամբ հասարակական վիրավորանք»:

«Հունական հրատարակության գործողությունները լրատվամիջոցների բարոյական դեգրադացիայի ցուցանիշ են: Այն փաստը, որ Հունաստանի հասարակությունը չի արձագանքել սկանդալային հրապարակմանը, հուշում է, որ դեգրադացիան չի սահմանափակվում լրագրության ոլորտով»,- ասել է Այդընը:

Նրա խոսքով` ոչ նորմատիվ լեքսիկոն օգտագործում են նրանք, ովքեր բառեր չեն գտնում սեփական դիրքորոշումը հիմնավորելու համար:

«Դա ցածր և ամոթալի է նրանց համար, ովքեր նման հարձակումներ են կատարում: Թուրքիայի առաջնորդի վճռական դիրքորոշումը Արևելյան Միջերկրական ծովում տիրող իրավիճակի վերաբերյալ արտացոլում է ամբողջ թուրք ժողովրդի շահերը»,-նշել է Այդընը:

Հայցադիմումն ուշադրություն է հրավիրում Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարանի ՝ խոսքի ազատության պաշտպանության բնագավառում կայացված վճիռների և Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական կոնվենցիայի 10-րդ հոդվածի վրա («Խոսքի ազատություն»): Ընդգծվում է, որ հունական հրատարակության գործողությունները չեն կարող ընկալվել որպես խոսքի ազատության դրսևորում:
