«Ժողովուրդ». ԳԱԱ Մ. Քոթանյանի անվան տնտեսագիտության ինստիտուտի շուրջ կրքերը չեն հանդարտվում

ՀՀ գիտությունների ազգային ակադեմիայի Մ. Քոթանյանի անվան տնտեսագիտության ինստիտուտի շուրջ կրքերը չեն հանդարտվում։ «Ժողովուրդ»–ին հայտնի դարձավ, որ ինստիտուտի տնօրեն Վլադիմիր Հարությունյանի և նրա հետ հարազատական կապ չունեցող աշխատակիցների հարաբերությունները կրկին լարվել են։
Բանն այն է, որ տնօրենը հրաժարվում է գիտաշխատողներին «պրեմյաներ» վճարել՝ պատճառաբանելով թե ինստիտուտը գումար չունի։ Սակայն այդ հանգամանքը տնօրենին չի խանգարել, որպեսզի նա իր համար նոր ծառայողական ավտոմեքենա գնի՝7,5 միլիոն դրամ արժեքով։ «Եթե մտնեք ինստիտուտ, կտեսնեք, թե ինչ Է կատարվում, տնօրենի որդիները բոլորն աշխատում են, կան աշխատակիցներ, որոնք գրանցել են իրենց բարեկամներին որպես գիտաշխատող, բայց նրանց երբեք չենք տեսել։ Օրինակ՝ տեսական հետազոտությունների և տնտեսագիտության մտքի պատմության բաժնի վարիչ Ռոբերտ Սարինյանի որդին՝ Կարեն Սարինյանը, գիտաշխատող է, բայց նրան երբեք չենք տեսել»,– բողոքում են ինստիտուտի աշխատակիցները։
«Ժողովուրդ»–ը ստեղծված իրավիճակի շուրջ զրուցեց ՀՀ գիտությունների ազգային ակադեմիայի Մ. Քոթանյանի անվան տնտեսագիտության ինստիտուտի տնօրեն Վլադիմիր Հարությունյանի հետ։
–Պարոն Հարությունյան, ինստիտուտի գիտաշխատողները բարձրաձայնում են, որ ինստիտուտը վերածել եք «ընտանեկան բիզնես» կենտրոնի։
–Իմ որդին՝ Դավիթը Հարությունյանը, որը տնտեսագիտության դոկտոր Է, գիտության կոմիտեի մրցույթով շահել Էր գիտական մի թեմա ու այդ գիտական թեմայի ղեկավարն Է։ Հիմա իրավունք չունի՞ աշխատել։
–Ինչ կասեք Ձեր մյուս որդու՝ Տիգրան Հարությունյանի մասին, նա՞ Էլ Է մրցույթով գիտական թեմա շահել ու դարձել գիտաշխատող։
–Նա ինձ մոտ չի աշխատում, մեկ տարի առաջ Է աշխատել ու դուրս Է եկել։ Չուզեց աշխատել։
- Իսկ ի՞նչ կասեք մնացած «ընտանեկան» դրսևորումների մասին, օրինակ՝ տեսական հետազոտությունների և տնտեսագիտության մտքի պատմության գիտական ուղղություն բաժնի վարիչ Ռոբերտ Սարինյանի որդին ևս նշված բաժնի գիտաշխատող Է, սակայն ինստիտուտի աշխատակիցները նրան երբեք չեն տեսել։
-Սարինյանի որդին ևս դուրս Է եկել, չի աշխատում։ Զեզ սխալ տեղեկություններ են տվել։ Նա Էլ չուզեց աշխատել։
