Վերջին շրջանում շատ է խոսվում ՀՀ դատաիրավական համակարգում ընթացող իրադարձությունների, ինչպես նաև Սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների մասին: Սրանք գործընթացներ են, որոնք, մեղմ ասած, միանշանակ չեն ընդունվում տարբեր քաղաքական ուժերի կողմից: Ինչ վերաբերում է Սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների հանձնաժողովի գործունեությանը, ապա այստեղ քննարկելու թեմա գրեթե չկա, քանի որ փաստացի չեն ներկայացվել այն հիմնական պատկերացումները, որոնք տեղ են գտնելու փոփոխություններում։

Բացառությամբ գուցե Գերագույն դատարան ստեղծելու գաղափարի, որը սուր հակազդեցության հանդիպեց իրավաբանական հանրության մեծ մասի կողմից: Ի սկզբանե նախատեսվում էր, որ հանձնաժողովը Սահմանադրության փոփոխված տարբերակի նախնական տարբերակը պետք է ներկայացներ 2020 թվականի սեպտեմբերին, իսկ նախնական հայեցակարգ ունենալ հոկտեմբերի վերջին։ Որոշակի ժամանակ անց հայտնի դարձավ, որ Սահմանադրության վերջնական հայեցակարգը պատրաստ կլինի տարվա վերջին, իսկ 2021 թվականի գարնանն արդեն Սահմանադրության փոփոխությունների նախագիծը (որոշ որակումներով՝ փաստացի նոր Սահմանադրության նախագիծը) կներկայացվի հանրային քննարկման, ապա նաև խորհրդարան։

«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, սակայն, հանձնաժողովի աշխատանքները ոչ միայն դանդաղում են, այլև նախատեսված ժամկետներում այն ներկայացնելը գրեթե հնարավոր չէ։ Մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, սա իշխանական վերնախավի հետ հատուկ համաձայնեցված տարբերակ է, որպեսզի հանձնաժողովի աշխատանքներն ինչքան հնարավոր է ձգձգվեն, իսկ նախագիծը հանրային քննարկման ներկայացվի հնարավորինս ուշ։
