Հանրաքվեում հաղթեց ՀԱԿ-ը

«168 ժամ» թերթը գրում է. «Եթե դուք դեռ չեք նկատել, որ երեկ արթնացել եք միանգամայն այլ, ավելի ժողովրդավարական, կոռուպցիայից զերծ, անկախ դատական համակարգ ու զուլալ արդարադատություն, ազնիվ իշխանություններ ունեցող երկրում, ապա դուք կամ չափազանց անուշադիր եք, կամ կույր:
Կիրակի օրը կայացած հանրաքվեի արդյունքում սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների նախագիծը «ջախջախիչ» հաղթանակ տարավ՝ ստանալով 63 տոկոսից ավելի «Այո» քվեներ: Նախագծին դեմ էին քվեարկել քվեարկության մասնակցածների «ընդամենը» 32.3 տոկոսը: «Այո»-ի հաղթանակը «ջախջախիչ» էր՝ բառի եւ՛ ուղիղ, եւ՛ փոխաբերական իմաստներով, քանի որ կիրակի օրն իշխանությունը ջախջախեց արդար ընտրությունների վերաբերյալ բոլոր իր խոստումներն ու միամիտ սպասումները՝ կիրառելով ընտրակեղծարարության շատ ավելի կատարելագործված, հղկված մեթոդներ, քան նախորդ բոլոր ընտրություններում՝ միասին վերցրած:
Սակայն այսքանով ձեր կույր կամ անուշադիր լինելը չի ավարտվում: Կույր կամ անուշադիր եք նաեւ, եթե չեք նկատել, որ կիրակի օրը Հայաստանն ապրում էր իսկական կենդանական միջավայրում, քանի որ բոլոր ընտրատեղամասերում ուղղակի վխտում էին… արջերը:
Երկու օր է՝ բոլոր պաշտոնյաներն ու անպաշտոն ՀՀԿ-ականները հայտարարում են, թե հանրաքվեի ընթացքում խախտումներ թույլ տվածներն «արջի ծառայություն են մատուցել իշխանությանը»: Իսկ քանի որ նման ծառայություններից իշխանությունն օգտվել է գրեթե բոլոր տեղամասերում, ապա կարելի է պնդել, որ հանրաքվեն ավարտվել է արջերի լիակատար հաղթանակով: Եվ ընդհանրապես, հանրաքվեի արդյունքները պետք է ամփոփեր ու հրապարակեր ոչ թե՝ Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովը, այլ՝ Կենդանաբանական այգու տնօրինությունը:
Ավելին՝ հաշվի առնելով այն հանգամանքը, որ արջի ծառայություններ մատուցողների ջախջախիչ մեծամասնությունը ՀՀԿ-ականներ են, ապա ուղղակի պատմական անհրաժեշտություն է ՀՀԿ-ն վերանվանել՝ դարձնելով՝ Հայաստանի Արջապետականների կուսակցություն՝ ՀԱԿ: Այդպիսով կլուծվի մեկ այլ խնդիր եւս. ընտրություններում իրար դեմ կպայքարեն ՀԱԿ-ը եւ ՀԱԿ-ը: Ե՛վ հաղթողը, եւ՛ պարտվողը կլինի ՀԱԿ-ը:
Պատկերացնո՞ւմ եք՝ որքան գեղեցիկ կհնչի, ասենք, «ազատ եւ արդար ընտրությունների արդյունքում իշխանության եկավ ՀԱԿ-ը» արտահայտությունը: Իսկ բոլոր նրանք, ովքեր ոչ միայն ընտրությունների ժամանակ, այլ նաեւ ընդհանրապես իշխանություններին կմատուցեն, ասենք, աղվեսի, փայտփորիկի կամ խլուրդի ծառայություններ, կարող են հռչակվել՝ որպես մարգինալներ կամ ազգի դավաճաններ, եւ պատժվել «արջերի» կողմից: Իսկ եթե ավելի լուրջ… Կիրակի օրը տեղի ունեցածից հետո, անկեղծ ասած, ավելի լուրջը անլրջություն կլինի: Կեցցե՛ Հայաստանի Արջապետականների կուսակցությունը: Ուռա՛, Ուռա՛, Ուռա՜»:
