Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների նպատակները, պատերա՞զմ թե խաղաղություն․ Տիգրան Աբրահամյան

«Հենակետ» վերլուծական կենտրոնի ղեկավար, Արցախի նախագահի անվտանգության հարցերով նախկին խորհրդական Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․
«Ադրբեջանում պահեստազորայինների հավաքները մեծ աղմուկով, բոլոր մանրամասներով լայն լուսաբանվում են։ Իշխանությունը մեծապես նպաստում է, որ այդ հավաքների թեման տարբեր տեսանկյուններից ներկայացվի։
Ընդ որում՝ անդրադարձ է կատարվում ոչ միայն բուն իրադարձությանը, այլ պահեստազորայինների զինկոմիսարիատների դիմաց հավաքվելուն, ավտոբուսները նստեցնելուն, իսկ արդեն ներսից սոցիալական հարթակներում հայրենասիրական երգերի, ոգևորության վերաբերյալ տեսանյութեր և լուսանկարներ են հրապարակվում։
Սոցիալական ցանցերում նույնիսկ տեսանյութեր են տարածվում, թե ինչպես են մայրուղիներում կանգնեցվում այն մեքենաները, որոնք ռազմական դրության ժամանակ նախատեսված են հավաքագրման և ռազմական նպատակներով օգտագործման համար։
Ստեղծած իրավիճակն ու Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների նպատակը կարելի է խմբավորել մի քանի ուղղություններում։
Առաջին, Ադրբեջանը պատրաստվում է պատերազմի և տեղի ունեցողն ու լուսաբանվողը պետք է տեղավորել այդ տրամաբանության մեջ։
Երկրորդ, Ադրբեջանում զինված ուժեի գլխավոր շտաբի պլանով նախատեսված պահեստազորայինների հավաքներ են, որոնք ամեն տարի տեղի են ունենում, ուղղակի հետտավուշյան փուլում առավել լայն լուսաբանում են ստանում։
Երրորդ, Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունները փորձում են կոտրել երկու ամիս առաջ նախագահ Ալիևի հնչեցրած այն հայտարարության բացասական ազդեցությունը, որով վերջինս նշում էր, թե երկիրը պատերազմի մեջ է, սակայն ռազմաճակատ մեկնելու ցանկություն ունեցողները շատ քիչ են։
Չորրորդ, սա վերջին շրջանում կոշտացվող հայտարարությունների քարոզչական բաղադրիչն է, որը նպատակ ունի բարձրացնելու հանրության մարտական ոգին, ստուգել հանրային տրամադրությունները և ինչու չէ, որոշակի ժամանակային կտրվածքով ռազմական գործողությունների նախապատրաստության տեղեկատվական նախապատրաստությունն է։
Հինգերորդ, սա ունի ներքաղաքական բաղադրիչ, որն առավելապես ուղղված է երկրի ներսում կրքերը հանդարտեցնելու, երկիրը հնարավոր ռազմական գործողությունների, հայրենասիրական կարգախոսների և միասնականության գաղափարի շուրջ համախմբելու համար»։
