Հաշվի առնելով լրագրողների բազմաթիվ հարցումները` հայտնում եմ.
Հայաստանի ԱԱԾ տնօրենի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող անձը պետք է ունենա գոնե այնքան պրոֆեսիոնալիզմ, որպեսզի կարողանա գնահատել, թե արդյոք որևէ տեղեկություն կապ ունի իրականության հետ, թեկուզ աննշան, թե ոչ, էլ չասեմ՝ վերլուծել այն։
Ռուսաստանցի հակաիշխանական օլիգարխ Խոդորկովսկիին պատկանող «Դոսյեի» հրապարակումը ինքնին հանցագործության մասին հաղորդում համարելը ևս մեկ ցուցիչ է, որ գործ ունենք սիրողական մակարդակում ինքնագործունեության, այլ ոչ թե պրոֆեսիոնալիզմի հետ, քանի որ նույնիսկ «Դոսյեի» կայքը նշում է, որ պատասխանատվություն չի կրում հրապարակված տեղեկատվության բովանդակության համար:
Ինչ վերաբերվում է հայտնի գաղտնալսման մասին ԱԱԾ տնօրենի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնողի հայտարարություններին, ապա կրկին հայտնում եմ, որ ՔԿ նախագահը լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցում հայտարարել է, որ գաղտնալսման դեպքն ամբողջությամբ բացահայտված է:
Հաշվի առնելով այն իրողությունը, որ իշխանությունը հանրությանն այդ գործով պատշաճ տեղեկություններ հայտնելու փոխարեն շարունակում է լկտիաբար շահարկել թեման, ապա Քյարամյանին խորհուրդ եմ տալիս պարզել, թե ինչպե՞ս ստացվեց, որ նախաքննության մարմինը գաղտնալսման գործով առանցքային վկայի (փաստացի կասկածյալ) ցուցմունքները պատշաճ չգնահատեց և որոշակի անձանց մեղադրանքներ չառաջադրեց:
