Իսրայելական ընկերությունները 155 մլն դոլար են վճարել «ադրբեջանական լվացքատան» երկու ընկերությունների

ԱՄՆ ֆինանսական նյութերի զանգվածային նոր արտահոսքի միջոցով պարզվել է, որ Իսրայելի խոշորագույն օդատիեզերական և ավիացիոն ձեռնարկություն հանդիսացող Israel Aerospace Industries-ը 155 մլն դոլար է փոխանցել երկու ընկերությունների՝ Jetfield Networks և Larkstone Ltd, որոնք, ըստ հրապարակումների, որպես գաղտնի հիմնադրամ են օգտագործվել Ադրբեջանի վերնախավի համար:
Այս մասին գրում է The Times of Israel-ը: Իսրայելի պետական Israel Aerospace Industries-ին վերաբերող բանկային փաստաթղթերը բաղկացած են կասկածելի գործունեության մեկ տասնյակից ավելի հաշվետվություններից, որոնք Deutsche Bank-ը ներկայացրել է Միացյալ Նահանգների ֆինանսների նախարարությանը (FinCEN) 2012-2014թթ-ին.: Հայտնի չէ, թե ինչու է պետական Israel Aerospace Industries-ը (IAI) գումար վճարել երկու ընկերություններին, բայց վճարումները հարուցել են Deutsche Bank-ի պաշտոնյաների կասկածները, որոնց հանձնարարված է հետևել տրանսակցիաներին, որոնք, ըստ նրանց, կարող էին կապված լինել փողերի լվացման կամ ֆինանսական ահաբեկչության հետ: Deutsche Bank-ի զեկույցում նշվել է երկու ընկերության անուն՝ Jetfield Networks և Larkstone Ltd., որոնց IAI-ը վճարել է մոտ 155 մլն դոլար:
Նոր Զելանդիայում գրանցված Jetfield Networks ընկերության շահառուն, պարզվել է, 1961 թվականին ծնված ադրբեջանցի Ջավիդ Հուսեյնովն է: Նա շահառու է նաև Larkstone Ltd. ՍՊԸ-ում, որը գրանցված է Էստոնիայում: 2017թ.
«Կազմակերպված հանցավորության և կոռուպցիայի լուսաբանման նախագիծը (OCCRP) դեռ 2017-ին պարզել է, որ այս ընկերություններն «ադրբեջանական լվացքատան» կենտրոնական հանգույցներն են», - գրում է The Times of Israel-ը:
Jetfield Networks-ը և Larkstone Ltd.-ն գումարներ են վճարել ընկերություններին, որոնք ադրբեջանական վերնախավը և կառավարության ներկայացուցիչները օգտագործել են որպես պաշտպանիչ հիմնադրամ՝ շքեղ իրեր գնելու, ինչպես նաև վարչակարգի PR-ն ապահովելու համար:
