«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է․ «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի տեղեկություններով՝ այս օրերին Հայաստանի պետական տնտեսագիտական համալսարանում դժվար թե ուսումնական պրոցեսն իր բնական հունով ընթանա:

Բանն այն է, որ երեկ կառավարության դիմաց էին հավաքվել համալսարանի դասախոսական կազմի անդամները, նաեւ ուսանողներ, որոնց պահանջներից մեկն էլ համալսարանի ռեկտորի պաշտոնում Դիանա Գալոյանի հաստատումն է: Սակայն, մեր տեղեկություններով, դասախոսական անձնակազմը որոշել է՝ եթե Գալոյանի ընտրությունը հաստատվի, ապա իրենք կդադարեցնեն գործադուլները: Հաստատումը, սակայն, դժվար թե շուտ լինի։

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրել էր՝ չնայած հուլիսի 17-ին համալսարանի խորհուրդը ընտրել էր Դիանա Գալոյանին, սակայն մինչեւ այժմ այդ որոշումը ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կողմից ստորագրված չէ, իսկ ինչպես հայտնի է, Գալոյանը կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի եւ սպորտի նախարար Արայիկ Հարությունյանի թեկնածուն է եղել:

Ավելին՝ տարբեր տեղեկությունների համաձայն՝ նախարարը կողմ է այս բողոքի ակցիաներին եւ օրեր առաջ հանդիպել էր համալսարանի դասախոսական անձնակազմի հետ եւ ասել՝ չի առարկի, եթե ցույց կազմակերպվի: Միեւնույն ժամանակ դասախոսները երեկ շեշտում էին, որ իրենց պահանջը քաղաքական չէ:

Պարզապես ցանկանում են հասկանալ, թե երբ կստանան կառավարության հաստատումը եւ կանցնեն բնականոն աշխատանքի, քանի որ համալսարանում շատ աշխատանքներ կիսատ են մնում ռեկտոր չունենալու պատճառով»:
