Հայաստանն այն չի մերժել, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը միայն խոսել է այն մասին, որ այդ փաստաթղթի որոշ դրույթներ ընկալելի չեն, և որ նա պարզաբանումների համար դիմել է միջնորդներին։ Համենայնդեպս, հասկանալով իրավիճակի լրջությունը, համանախագահները փորձում են բանակցությունները վերսկսել, իսկ թե որքանով դա կհաջողվի, դեռևս դժվար է ասել:
