«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, առաջիկայում «Ծխախոտի իրացման, սպառման և օգտագործման սահմանափակումների մասին» նոր օրինագիծ է քննարկվելու խորհրդարանում, քանի որ գործող օրենքը չի համապատասխանում ԵԱՏՄ պահանջներին: Օրերս 1or.am-ի հետ զրույցում ԱԺ տնտեսական հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Բաբկեն Թունյանն ասել էր, որ դեռ նախագիծ չկա, պարզապես պատգամավորները օրենքի հետ կապված քննարկումներ են իրականացնում: «Խոսքը ոչ թե նոր օրենքի մասին է, այլ ընդունված օրենքում որոշակի փոփոխություններ իրականացնելու»,-ասել է Թունյանը՝ հավելելով, որ նախագիծը շրջանառության մեջ կդրվի մինչև այս տարեվերջ:

«Փաստ» թերթի աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, ընդունված օրենքը, որը նաև Հայաստանում լուրջ դժգոհությունների առիթ դարձավ, տարակուսանքի տեղիք է տվել ԵԱՏՄ անդամ երկրներում, այդ թվում՝ Ռուսաստանում, որտեղից Հայաստանի իշխանություններին հստակ ասել են, որ նման օրենքն այն տեսքով, ինչպես ընդունվել է, պարզապես անթույլատրելի է և հնարավորինս արագ պետք է փոխել: Նույն աղբյուրները փոխանցում են, որ ԱԺ-ում որոշել են նշյալ պահանջը կատարել «լուռումունջ», անաղմուկ, սակայն չի ստացվել: Սա մեկ անգամ ևս ցույց է տալիս, որ այս իշխանությունները պարբերաբար կատարում են քայլեր, ընդունում են որոշումներ և օրենքներ՝ առանց նախօրոք հաշվի առնելու հետևանքները, առանց լսելու մասնագիտական կարծիքները, ինչպես նաև գործընկեր երկրների տեսակետները, իսկ հետո ստիպված «հետողորմյա» են անում:
