Անձնավորված քայլերի տիրույթում

Գնալով ավելի ակնհայտ է դառնում, որ գործող իշխանությունները գրեթե ամեն քայլում առաջնորդվում են բացառապես անձնական մոտեցումներով, անձնավորված հարաբերություններով: Ըստ այդմ, անցած երկու տարվա ընթացքում իշխանությունները մարդկանց «ասֆալտին են փռում» անձնական դրդապատճառներով, քրեական գործ են հարուցում կամ «նստեցնում» անձնական մոտիվներով, նույնիսկ պարգևավճար ու մեդալ են տալիս անձնական մոտիվներով: Էլ չենք խոսում կադրային քաղաքականության մասին, ուր ոչինչ ավելի կարևոր չէ, քան «պոլի փետի» գործոնը: Փաստացի, երբեմն այնպիսի տպավորություն է, որ գործ ունենք «խռովկան երեխայի» սինդրոմի հետ:
Այսինքն, միանգամից «սև ցուցակում» են հայտնվում բոլոր նրանք, ովքեր ինչ-որ ժամանակ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կամ նրա որևէ թիմակցի «թանին թթու են ասել», կամ՝ մի թեթև ոտքները տրորել են, առավել ևս, եթե համարձակվում են հիմա քննադատել նրանց որևէ գործողություն: Սա վերաբերում է բոլորին՝ քաղաքական գործիչ, դատավոր, մտավորական, ուսուցիչ, բժիշկ... Փոխարենը արտոնյալ են նրանք, ովքեր փառաբանում են Փաշինյանին, ովքեր գոնե մեկ գրառում են արել սոցցանցերում նախկինների դեմ, ընդ որում՝ որքան վիրավորական ու հայհոյախառն, այնքան լավ: Արդյունքում արդեն իսկ շատ քչերն են մնացել «սև ցուցակներից» դուրս, որոնցից իշխանությունները «նեղացած» չեն, իսկ արդյունքում երբեմն տուժում են ոչ միայն առանձին անհատներ, անկախ իրենց մասնագիտական որակներից, անցած փորձից ու վաստակից, այլև ամբողջ կոլեկտիվներ ու նույնիսկ... ոլորտներ:
