«168 ժամ». Երևանի ո՞ր վարչական շրջաններում է «Այո»–ն պարտվել

«ՀՀ ԿԸՀ կողմից հրապարակված տվյալների համաձայն՝ Երևանի 12 վարչական շրջաններից 4-ում «Այո»–ն պարտվել է։ Այսինքն՝ հավաքել է քվեարկությանը մասնակցած քաղաքացիների ձայների 50%-ից քիչ։ ԿԸՀ-ն առանձին վարչական շրջանների արդյունքները չի հրապարակում (արդյունքները հրապարակվում են՝ ըստ ընտրատարածքների, որոնք կարող են մտնել միանգամից մի քանի վարչական շրջանների մեջ)։ Սակայն մենք դա ինքնուրույն ենք հաշվել՝ առանձին-առանձին դիտարկելով բոլոր վարչական շրջանների ընտրատեղամասերի արդյունքները։
Ըստ այդմ, Աջափնյակում սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների նախագծին կողմ քվեարկել են հանրաքվեին մասնակցած քաղաքացիների 49.69%-ը, Էրեբունիում՝ 49.89%-ը, Արաբկիրում՝ 49.29%-ը։ Ամենից «խոշոր հաշվով» «այո»–ն պարտվել է Կենտրոնում, որտեղ հանրաքվեին մասնակցած 40822 քաղաքացիներից միայն 43.96 %-ն է «այո» քվեարկել։ Շենգավիթում «Այո»–ն հավաքել է քվեարկությանը մասնակցած ձայների 54.59%-ը, սակայն չի ապահովել քվեարկության իրավունք ունեցող ձայների 25%-ի շեմը։ Նշենք նաև, որ Երևանում առավելագույն Այո-ներ ապահովել են Նուբարաշեն (61.73%), Դավթաշեն (60.95%) և Մալաթիա– Սեբաստիա (59.64%) վարչական շրջանները»,–գրում է թերթը։
