«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է. «Վարչապետ Փաշինյանի թիմը, պարզվում է, աղքատությունը ոչ միայն սեփական գլուխներում է հաղթահարել, այլեւ՝ կենցաղում։ Երեւանի թանկ ռեստորաններից մեկի սեփականատերն օրերս մասնավոր զրույցում անկեղծացավ, թե մինչեւ 2018-ը ներկայիս իշխանավորներն իրենց մոտ այցելելիս մեկ գավաթ սուրճ էին պատվիրում, որի շուրջ ժամերով նստում էին։

«Հեղափոխությունից հետո առաջին ամիսներին սկսեցին բիզնես լանչի գալ՝ էժան ընդմիջում անելու։ Հիմա երեկոյան ամենապիկ ժամի պատվավոր հյուրերն են, մի քանի բլյուդ ու թանկ գինի են պատվիրում, մինիմում 150 հազարի հաշիվներ են փակում ու ճոխ չայեվոյներ տալիս»։

Իշխանականների կենսամակարդակի բարելավումը երեւում է նաեւ թանկ հագուկապից։ Իշխանական կանայք այլեւս անլվա մազերով ու «Ռոբերտո» խանութի հագուստով չեն շրջում՝ ավելի խնամված տեսք ունեն, թանկարժեք կոսմետիկա ու պարֆյում են օգտագործում, կոսմետոլոգների են այցելում, բրենդային խանութներից օգտվում։

Թանկ սննդից նաեւ մաշկն ու մազերի որակն է լավացել։ Իսկ վարչապետը շարունակում է քաղաքացիներին խորհուրդ տալ․ «Ոչ մի բան չի լինի, եթե ձեզնից յուրաքանչյուրը 2 տուփ ծխախոտ պակաս ծխի, էդ 2 տուփ ծխախոտի փողը վճարի բյուջե։ Մի շիշ օղի պակաս խմի, էլ չեմ ասում՝ երկու շիշ, էդ փողը վճարի բյուջե»։
