«Ադրբեջանի սահմանային գյուղերում պարտադրում են բնակչությանը որպեսզի իրենց բակերում խրամատներ փորեն: Աղդամի շրջանում «Ազադլիգը» ռեպորտաժ է պատրաստել, որում երևում է, թե բնակիչները իրենց բակերում ինչպես են խրամատներ փորել:
Սա հիշեցնում է այն փաստը, որ ապրիլյան քառօրյա պատերազմի օրերին ադրբեջանական զինուժը հրետանին տեղակայել էր գյուղերի մեջ, որպեսզի պատասխան կրակով թիրախավորվեն նաև գյուղերը: Այսօր արդեն այնտեղ փորվում են խրամատներ, բնականաբար, ոչ բնակչության անվտանգության համար, քանզի վտանգի պարագայում խաղաղ բնակչությանն էվակուացնում են:
Ենթադրելի է, որ սա ադրբեջանական քարոզչամեքենան օգտագործելու է, Հայաստանին հերթական անգամ ագրեսորի դիրքերից ներկայացնելու, իբրև «հարձակումներից» պաշտպանվելու համար և այլն, իսկ մյուս կողմից չի բացառվում, որ Ադրբեջանը ինչ-որ գործողություններ է պլանավորում կրկին անգամ թիրախավորելով իր բնակչությանը>:
