«Դեմոկրատական այլընտրանք» կուսակցության նախագահ Սուրեն Սուրենյանցը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է՝

Երեկ Երևանի դատարանի դատավոր Մնացական Մարտիրոսյանի որոշմամաբ կալանավորվել է ԲՀԿ առաջնորդ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը։ Քաղաքական հաշվերահարդարի ողջ գործընթացը կազմակերպվել և ուղղորդվել է իշխանության առաջին դեմքի՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կողմից։ Պատահական չէ, որ զանազան զարտուղի ճանապարհներով գործը մակագրվել է դատական համակարգի ամենավարկաբեկված դատավորներից մեկին, որը բոլոր իշխանությունների ժամանակ հլու հնազանդ կատարել է քաղաքական պատվերներ՝ արդարադատությունն իջեցնելով պալատական խամաճիկության մակարդակին։
Հայաստանում երեկ տեղի է ունեցել արտառոց իրադարձություն, որովհետև առանց իրավական հիմքերի, Ծառուկյանի դեմ գեթ մեկ ցուցմունքի, միջին ծանրության հանցագործության հատկանիշներով կալանավորվել է խորհրդարանական ընդդիմության առաջնորդը։ Այլ խոսքով՝ իշխանության խնդիրն ոչ թե արդարադություն իրականացնելն է, այլ՝ Ծառուկյանին ամեն գնով մեկուսացնելը։ Իշխանության քաղաքական նպատակն առավել, քան հստակ է՝ հասնել իրական այլընտրանքի չեզոքացմանը, ԲՀԿ կազմաքանդմանը։ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի թիմն, ըստ էության, գնում է 2018թ-ի դեկտեմբերի 9-ի խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների արդյունքների ապալեգիտիմացման ճանապարհով, ինչն ինքնաոչնչացման ամենակարճ ճանապարհն է։
ԵԽԽՎ-ն տարիներ առաջ սահմանել է քաղբանտարկյալ կարգավիճակի չորս հատկանիշենրը, որոնցից մեկն ընտրովի արդարադատությունն է։ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի դեմ իրականացվում է ընտրովի արդարադատություն, և նա քաղբանտարկյալ է հենց եվրոպական չափանիշներով։
Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի թիմը բացահայտ քաղաքական հաշվեհարդարի գնաց հենց այն ժամանակ, երբ ԲՀԿ-ն նախաձեռնել էր ընդդիմադիր դաշտի լայն կոսնսոլիդացիա՝ նախապատրաստելով հոկտեմբերի 8-ի հանրահավաքը, որի հիմնական պահանջը նոր որակի իշխանության ձևավորումն է։
Քաղաքական հետապնդումներով ու հաշվեհարդարներով իշխանությունը փորձում է քողարկել իր ապիկար կառավարման հետևանքները, քաղաքական, տնտեսական, սոցիալական խորացող ճգնաժամը։ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի թիմն այնքան է կորցրել քաղաքական ադեկվատությունը, որ երկրի ներսում խրամատներ է փորում, երբ Թուրքիայի ակնհայտ աջակցությամբ Ադրբեջանն, ըստ էության, հանդես է գալիս լայնածավալ պատերազմ սանձազերծելու շանտաժով։ Սա խոսում է գործող իշխանության քաղաքական որակների բացակայության մասին։
Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը մեր կուսակցության քաղաքական գործընկերն է, բարեկամն ու ընկերը։ Նրա կալանավորումը մեզ ոչ միայն չի հուսալքել, այլ ավելի է կոնսոլիդացրել մեր շարքերը՝ Հայաստանում նոր որակի իշխանություն ձևավորելու գաղափարի շուրջ։ «Դեմոկրատական այլընտրաք» կուսակցությունը բոլոր քաղաքական լեգալ միջոցներով պայքարելու է Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի շուտափույթ ազատության, երկրում սոոլիդ իշխանություն ձևավորելու համար։
