Արցախի Հանրապետության դեմ Ադրբեջանի հերթական ագրեսիան ոչ մի կասկած չի թողնում, որ հակամարտությունն ուժի միջոցով լուծելու Ադրբեջանի փորձերին միջազգային հանրության կողմից ամենաարդյունավետ պատասխանը Արցախի Հանրապետության ճանաչումն է: Այս մասին հայտարարություն է տարածել Արցախի Հանրապետության արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունը:

«2020 թ. սեպտեմբերի 27-ին Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերը լայնամասշտաբ հարձակում են ձեռնարկել Արցախի Հանրապետության պաշտպանության բանակի դիրքերի ուղղությամբ՝ շփման գծի ողջ երկայնքով։ Ադրբեջանական բանակի ռազմական հարձակումը ուղեկցվել է հրետանակոծություններով և օդային հարվածներով, այդ թվում՝ քաղաքացիական օբյեկտների և խաղաղ բնակչության ուղղությամբ։ Մասնավորապես՝ հրետակոծվել է ինչպես Արցախի Հանրապետության մայրաքաղաք Ստեփանակերտը, այնպես էլ սահմանամերձ բնակավայրերը։ Գնդակոծությունների արդյունքում խաղաղ բնակչության շրջանում կան զոհեր։

Ադրբեջանական կողմի գործողությունները Արցախի Հանրապետության դեմ ուղղված ագրեսիայի ակտ են։ Արցախի Հանրապետությունը ՄԱԿ կանոնադրության դրույթների համաձայն՝ իրականացնում է իր ինքնապաշտպանության անկապտելի իրավունքը և ձեռնարկում է բոլոր անհրաժեշտ գործողությունները՝ ագրեսիան ետ մղելու և տարածաշրջանում խաղաղություն վերականգնելու համար։

Արցախի Հանրապետության արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունն ուղիղ կապի մեջ է ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահի անձնական ներկայացուցչի հետ: ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահները նույնպես իրազեկվել են Ադրբեջանի կողմից զինված հարձակման մասին: Երկու հայկական պետությունների արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչությունները համակարգված աշխատանք են տանում համապատասխան միջազգային կառույցների հետ՝ ադրբեջանական ագրեսիան կասեցնելու նպատակով։

Զինված հարձակմանը նախորդել են Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների կողմից հայկական կողմերի և ադրբեջանա-ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորման գործընթացի հրապարակային թիրախավորումը, Արցախի Հանրապետության դեմ ուժի կիրառման բացահայտ սպառնալիքները, ինչպես նաև զինված ուժերի շփման գծում հոկտեմբերի 1-ին նախատեսված ԵԱՀԿ դիտարկման անցկացման մերժումը: Ադրբեջանի ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարությունն ամբողջական պատասխանատվություն է կրում ագրեսիայի հանցագործության համար՝ միջազգային իրավունքի նորմերի համաձայն:

Արցախի Հանրապետության իշխանությունները բազմիցս հայտարարել են, որ Ադրբեջանի նմանատիպ քաղաքականությունն ուղղակի սպառնալիք է տարածաշրջանում խաղաղությանն ու անվտանգությանը: Արցախի Հանրապետության դեմ Ադրբեջանի հերթական ագրեսիան ոչ մի կասկած չի թողնում, որ հակամարտությունն ուժի միջոցով լուծելու Ադրբեջանի փորձերին միջազգային հանրության կողմից ամենաարդյունավետ պատասխանը Արցախի Հանրապետության ճանաչումն է:
