Սիրելի հայրենակիցներ,

Այսօր վաղ առավոտյան, կոպտագույնս խախտելով միջազգային մարդասիրական իրավունքի գործող նորմերն ու հակամարտության լուծման խաղաղ բանակցային գործընթացի տրամաբանությունը, ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերը հրթիռահրետանային և ավիացիոն միջոցների կիրառմամբ հարձակման են անցել արցախա-ադրբեջանական ուժերի շփման գծի ողջ երկայնքով՝ թիրախավորելով պաշտպանության բանակի մարտական դիրքերն ու Արցախի խաղաղ բնակավայրերը: Այդպիսով, մարտական գործողությունների հետևանքների ողջ պատասխանատվությունը կրում է Ադրբեջանի ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարությունը:

Այս պահին Արցախի Հանրապետության պաշտպանության բանակը վճռական հակահարվածներով կասեցնում է թշնամու առաջխաղացման բոլոր փորձերը՝ թշնամում պատճառելով ծանր կորուստներ:

Հանդիսանալով Արցախի անվտանգության երաշխավորը՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության զինված ուժերը պատրաստ են ցուցաբերելու ցանկացած աջակցություն՝ ապահովելու Արցախի բնակչության անվտանգությունը:

Արդեն իսկ ակներև է, որ դասեր չքաղելով նախկինում ունեցած անփառունակ պարտություններից՝ Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունները կրկին գերագնահատել են ունեցած կարողությունները, ինչի համար, վստահ եմ, խստագույնս կպատժվեն:

Այս արկածախնդրությունը ծանր հետևանքներ է ունենալու թշնամու համար: Մեր պատասխանը լինելու է կոշտ ինչպես երբեք: Հայկական բանակը տիրապետում է անհրաժեշտ բոլոր միջոցներին՝ հերթական անգամ ջախջախելու մեր Հայրենիքի նկատմամբ ոտնձգություն իրականացնող թշնամուն:

Հարգելի հայրենակիցներ, զինակից ընկերներ,

Միասնության շնորհիվ են կերտվել մեր պատմության բոլոր հաղթանակները: Վստահ եմ, որ այս վճռական պահին մենք միասնաբար, պատվով ենք կատարելու մեր մարտական խնդիրը՝ դաս տալով միայն ուժի լեզուն հասկացող թշնամուն:
