Ապրիլյան պատերազմից 4 տարի անց ՝ հերթական անգամ արձանագրելով սեփական ապակառուցողական եւ ագրեսոր էությունը, Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունը պատերազմ է պարտադրում Արցախի ազատատենչ ժողովրդին : Ռազմական ագրեսիայի ողջ պատասխանատվությունը կրում է պաշտոնական Բաքուն:
Այս վճռական պահին Հայաստանի Հանրապետական կուսակցության Գործադիր մարմինը համերաշխության եւ միասնության կոչ է անում մեր բոլոր հայրենակիցներին` վերահաստատելով իր պատրաստակամությունը՝ կանգնելու հայրենիքի, պետության եւ հայ զինվորի կողքին:
Նենգ թշնամու կողմից պարտադրված պայքարում այլևս յուրաքանչյուրս մեր հայրենիքի պաշտպանն ենք: Մենք պարտավոր ենք սթափ գնաատել ստեղծված իրավիճակը եւ լինել մեր բանակի կողքին, նրա շարքերում, նաև ամուր թիկունք լինել` անկախ քաղաքական տարաձայնություններից:
Քանի որ հայրենիքն ամենաթանկն է եւ նրա պաշտպանությունը վեր է ամեն ինչից:
ՀՀԿ-ն ներդնում է իր ողջ ներուժը, այդ թվում՝ փորձառությունն ու դիվանագիտկան կապերը՝ սատար կանգնելու Արցախի ժողովրդի անկախության սրբազան պայքարին:
