Ժամն է ևս մեկ անգամ հաստատելու հայոց զինական ուժի փառքը: Լավագույն հայորդիների հազարավոր կյանքերի և արյան գնով վաստակած մեր ազատությունն ու անկախությունը նորից վտանգված է:
Ադրբեջանը, ոգեկոչվելով մեր ազգի դարավոր թշնամու՝ Թուրքիայի բազմակողմանի աջակցությունից, չի հաշտվել 2016թ. ապրիլին Արցախում և 2020թ. հուլիսին Հայաստանի Հանրապետության հյուսիս-արևելքում իր կողմից սադրած մարտական գործողություններում ջախջախիչ պարտություն կրելու հետ ու կրկին պատերազմ է սանձազերծել: Պաշտպանության բանակի առաջնագծի ողջ երկայնքով ներկայումս իրականացնում է հրթիռահրետանային և ավիացիոն հարվածներ` զուգահեռ հրետակոծության ենթարկելով քաղաքացիական բնակավայրերը:
Պաշտպանության բանակի ստորաբաժանումները հակառակորդին զգալի կորուստներ պատճառելով հաջողությամբ խափանում են նրա ծրագրերը:
