Կարմիր խաչը կոչ է անում բոլոր ջանքերը գործադրել միջազգային մարդասիրական իրավունքին հետևելու համար
SOCIETYԿարմիր խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեն (ԿԽՄԿ) Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում իրավիճակի սրման առնչությամբ այսօր հայտարարություն է տարածել:
Ուղերձում նշվում է, որ ԿԽՄԿ-ն «մտահոգված է շփման գծի երկայնքով հակամարտության սրման մարդասիրական հետևանքներով» և «կողմերին կոչ է անում բոլոր անհրաժեշտ միջոցները ձեռնարկել, որպեսզի միջազգային մարդասիրական իրավունքի հիմնարար կանոնները պահպանվեն, պաշտպանվի ու հարգվի մարդկանց կյանքը»։
Ինչպես ընդգծել է ԿԽՄԿ տարածաշրջանային տնօրեն Մարտին Շուեպը, Կարմիր խաչը հավատարիմ է «սրացման հետևանքով տուժածներին» օգնելու իր առաքելությանը և մտադիր է «չեզոք միջնորդի դերում» հանդես գալ:
