Եթե զինծառայողները կապի դուրս գան, իրենք իրենց կյանքը կվտանգեն: Այս մասին այսօր՝ սեպտեմբերի 28-ին ճեպազրույցի ժամանակ նշել է ՊՆ ներկայացուցիչ Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանը՝ անդրադառնալով նրան, որ ատռաջնագծում գտնվող զինծառայողների հարազատները անընդհատ փորձում են զանգահարել, կապի դուրս գալ իրենց հարազատի հետ:
«Անօդաչու թռչող սարքերը, հրետանային հետախուզական միջոցները հենց էդ կապուղիներից օգտվելով թիրախավորում են մեր զինվորներին: Խնդրում ենք հնարավորինս սահմանափակել զանգելու գործողությունները, ինչը հնարավորություն կտա, որ ցանցերը ոչ գերբեռնված եւ ըստ նպատակի աշխատեն»,-ասաց նա:
Հարցին, թե արդյոք հնարավոր է, որ Ադրբեջանը ճանաչվի ահաբեկիչ-երկիր՝ հաշվի առնելով, որ ահարվծում է խաղաղ բնակավայրերին, Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանն ասաց. «Դա միջազգային քաղաքական թեմա է, ես չեմ կարող պատասխանել, բայց բոլորիս պարտքն է, որ Ադրբեջանի այսպես ասած, ահաբեկչական գործելաոճը, որն առաջին հերթին արտահայտվում է խաղաղ բնակչությանն ամեն կերպ թիրախավորելով, եւ նման զինյալների, ահաբեկիչների ներգրավելու փաստերը պետք է բարձրացնենք բոլոր ատյաններում»:
