«Անծանոթ աղբյուրներից ոչինչ տարածել չի կարելի». տեղեկատվության անվտանգության փորձագետի խորհուրդները

Տեղեկատվության անվտանգության փորձագետ Սամվել Մարտիրոսյանը Past.am-ի հետ զրույցում անդրադարձել է մի քանի կարևոր հանգամանքների, որոնք պետք է հաշվի առնել տեղեկատվական հարթակներում ու սոցցանցերում:

«Առաջինը՝ չտարածել սոցցանցերով շրջանառվող ինչ-որ գրառումներ՝ արված ինչ-որ մարդկանց կողմից, եթե չգիտեք, թե ով է այդ անձը կամ չգիտեք գոնե մեկին, ով գիտի այդ մարդուն: Ինչու, որովհետև հիմա ինչ-որ մեսիջներ են տարածվում, ինչպես նաև ձայնային հաղորդագրություններ, որտեղ ինչ-որ մարդկանց կոչ է արվում այս կամ այն բանն անել, այստեղ շարժվել, այնտեղ շարժվել: Մեծ հավանականությամբ՝ դա անում է հակառակորդը, որպեսզի քաոս և անկառավարելի իրավիճակ ստեղծի: Մյուս կարևոր հանգամանքն ընդհանրապես աղբյուրների հետ աշխատանքն է, ինչը  ենթադրում է, որ անծանոթ աղբյուրներից ընդհանրապես ոչինչ տարածել չի կարելի: Իհարկե, կարդալ կարելի է, բայց առնվազն պետք է կասկածով մոտենալ, եթե աղբյուրը ձեզ հայտնի չէ»,-ասաց փորձագետը:

Ընդգծելով երրորդ կարևոր հանգամանքի մասին՝ նա հավելեց. «Պետք չէ տեսանյութերով ինչ-որ բաներ տարածել, որը հակառակորդին կարող է պետք գալ: Օրինակ՝ կամավորների շարժը ավտոբուսներով: Մենք արդեն ունենք դեպք, որ ավտոբուսի են հարվածել Հայաստանի տարածքում: Սա շատ բան է ասում այն մասին, թե ինչ կարող է կիրառվել՝ մարդկանց անզգույշ տեսանյութերը կամ ֆոտոներն օգտագործելու միջոցով»:

Նշենք, որ այսօր ՀՀ ՄԻՊ-ն ասուլիսի ժամանակ խոսեց «Տիկ-Տոկ» ցանցի մասին՝ ընգծելով, որ այնտեղ թիրախավորվում են հայազգի երեխաները: Նա կոչ արեց ծնողներին արգելել երեխաների մուտքն այդ ցանց:

Սամվել Մարտիրոսյանը հավելեց, որ այս ցանցը երկու խնդիր ունի. «Առաջինն այն է, որ վատ է մոդերացվում, ու ինչ ասես այնտեղ կարող է հայտնվել: Եվ այստեղից էլ բխում է մյուս խնդիրը.  «Տիկ-Տոկ»-ի, այսպես ասած, ճարտարապետությունն այնպիսին է, որ այն ոչ թե ընկերների, այլ ավելի շատ ուրիշների տեսանյութերն  է բերում: Ու այստեղ անվերահսկելիություն կա, պետք է զգույշ լինել, որ երեխաները չտեսնեն»,-ասաց մեր զրուցակիցը:

Անդրադառնալով այն հանգամանքին, որ մեր կայքերից շատերը կոտրվեցին այս ընթացքում, Ս.Մարտիրոսյանը նշեց. «Ուղղակի հաջողացրել են տանել հաշիվ, որը սպասարկում էր այդ բոլոր կայքերը: Մեր կայքերը DDoS հարձակման տակ են, փորձում են այնպես անել, որ դժվար բացվեն կամ ընդհանրապես չբացվեն: Բայց կոնկրետ մեր լրատվականներն, իհարկե, այլ հարթակներ լուր տանելու մեծ հնարավորություն ունեն, որը կարող են օգտագործել: Օրինակ՝ Twitter-ում  շատ ակտիվ է, ու եթե կայքն այդ պահին լավ չի աշխատում, կարելի է որպես այլընտրանք օգտագործել՝ Twitter-ը, Telegram-ը:

Ինչ վերաբերում է Ադրբեջանին, որտեղ սոցցանցային գրեթե բոլոր հարթակները սահմանափակված են, Ս. Մարտիրոսյանը նշեց.  «Աղբյուրների սահմանափակում են անում, տեղեկատվությունն էլ նորմալ չեն տալիս, ինչն ակնհայտ է Ադրբեջանի պարագայում: Բացի այդ, անընդհատ հայտարարում են, թե իբրև այս կամ այն են գրավել, բայց ոչ մի ապացույց չեն տալիս: Արդյունքում՝ հասարակության մի հատվածը սկսում է հասկանալ, որ մի բան այն չէ, ու, բնականաբար, այլ աղբյուրներ են կարդում, օրինակ՝ հայաստանյան մամուլը:
