«Թուրքը ևս մեկ անգամ թող համոզվի, որ Արցախը Հայաստան-Արցախ-Սփյուռքն միասնությունն է, որը մեր անուն, ազգանուն, հայրանունն է՝ որն իրարից բաժանել չի լինի։ Դա հայ ժողովրդի բռունցքն է, կուռ կամքն է, մեր կամավորի ոգին է ու պատրաստակամությունը։ Իմ մարտական ընկերներ, հայոց բանակի զինվորներ ու սպաներ, մեր գործն արդար է, մենք պաշպանում ենք մեր հայրենիքը, մեր պապերից դարերով ժառանգած պատմությունն ու հայ առաքելական եկեղեցու հավատը ու այս հողում ապրելու իրավունքը։ Իսկ ազերի հիբրիդները, որոնք չգիտեն, թե իրենք ով են, դրա համար էլ հերթական դասն ու դատը կստանան։ Արցախն ու արցախցին միշտ ապրել ու ապրելու է իր հողում։ Բոլորիդ ևս մեկ անգամ կոչ եմ անում անկախ տարիքից ու առողջական վիճակից, պատրաստ լինել, Արցախի ժողովրդի ու իշխանության կոչով՝ մեկ մարդու նման, մեկնելու ու ցույց տալու հայ կամավորականի ուժը։ Հայ զինվորը լավ գիտի, որ իր կողքին իրենց հայրերն ու պապերն են կանգնած, որ իրենք մենակ չեն։ Փառք հայ ժողովորդին, հայոց բանակին, ազատամարտիկներին ու կամավորին»։
