Ռուսաստանաբնակ քաղաքագետ Մարիամ Հովսեփյանն իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրում է.
«Արդեն քանի օր է` Ռուսաստանի հայկական համայնքը վերսկսել է մոբիլիզացման գործընթացները: Շարունակական հանդիպումներ են տեղի ունենում թե՛ Մոսկվայի հայկական Առաքելական եկեղեցում, թե՛ Ռուսաստանում Հայաստանի դեսպանատանը, թե՛ համայնքային կազմակերպություններում: Եվ չնայած այն տեղեկատվությանը, որ Արցախը և Հայաստանը այս պահին պարենի և հումանիտար այլ օգնության կարիք չունեն, միևնույն է, Ռուսաստանի հայերը շարունակում են հավաքել դեղորայք, բժշկական սարքավորումներ, երեխաների համար առաջին անհրաժեշտության իրեր, սանիտարահիգիենիկ պարագաներ և փոխանցել գումարներ, հավաքագրել կամավորներին առաջնագիծ մեկնելու համար: Հումանիտար օգնությունը Ռուսաստանի տարբեր տարածաշրջաններից (ընդհուպ նաև հեռավոր արևելքից) բեռնատարներով բերվել են և կենտրոնացվել դեսպանատանը, որտեղից առաջիկայում կուղարկվեն Հայաստան հատուկ չարտերային թռիչքով։ Շնորհակալություն եմ հայտնում յուրաքանչյուր հայի անհատապես։ Միասին մենք հզոր ենք, անկոտրուն: Եվ մերն է ՀԱՂԹԱՆԱԿԸ։ Վստահաբար...»:
