Երեկվանից որոշ անհատներ և մարգինալ քաղաքական հոսանքների ներկայացուցիչներ նեղսրտում են, թե ինչու չենք ասում, որ ընտրությունները կեղծվել են, կամ այլ կերպ ասած՝ ինչու եղածին «քաղաքական գնահատական» չենք տալիս: Անկեղծ, մինչ այս պահն անտեղի եմ համարել խոսել ակնհայտ իրողությունների մասին, քանի որ դրանք առանց այդ էլ պարզ և հասկանալի են բոլորին, բայց, այնուամենայնիվ, փորձեմ հնարավորինս ամփոփ ձևով ներկայացնել իմ տեսանկյունից ամենակարևոր փաստերը:

 

1. Պետք է հստակ արձանագրել, որ հերթական անգամ համապետական ընտրությունները հանրային ընկալումներում մնացին՝ որպես հերթական կեղծված ընտրությունները: Այս առումով մեր քաղաքական համակարգը 1995-ից սկսած գտնվում է նույն շրջապտույտի մեջ:
2. Ընտրությունների ընթացքում արձանագրվեց ևս մի շատ կարևոր հանգամանք. այն տեղամասերում, որտեղ կար քաղաքաքացիական վերահսկողություն, հնարավոր եղավ առավելագույնս վերահսկել գերծընթացը: Կարևոր եմ համարում հստակ առանձնացնել քաղաքացիական հասարակության ներկայացուցիչներին քաղաքական ուժերի ներկայացուցիչներից:
3. Իշխանությունները հերթական անգամ գործի դրեցին քրեական տարրերին: Ես անձամբ 20-ից ավել ընտրատեղամասերում ականատես եմ եղել թաղային հեղինակությունների ակտիվ գործունեությանը: Այս խնդիրը եղածներից, թերևս, ամենաբացասականն է և առաջինը վնասելու է հենց իշխանություններին: Թաղային հեղինակությունների առկայությունը տեղամասերում և «հարց լուծողի» կարգավիճակը վերացնում է ընտրական համակարգն ու առաջինը՝ իշխանություններին:

 

4. Հերթական անգամ արձանագրվեց, որ մենք գործ ունենք կատարյալ իմպոտենտ ընդդիմադիր ուժերի հետ: 75 տոկոսից ավելի ընտրատեղամասերում ընդդիմադիր քաղաքական ուժերը կա՛մ չունեին ներկայացուցիչներ (հանձնաժողովի անդամ կամ վստահված անձ), կա՛մ ունեին, բայց չունենալու հաշիվ էր: Մեր կազմակերպության դիտորդներն ու լրագրողները յուրաքանչյուր տեղամասում փորձում էին հանդիպել Ժառանգության կամ ՀԱԿ-ի ներկայացուցիչներին և նրանցից փորձել ճշտել տեղամասում առկա խախտումները:
5. «Ոչ»-ը պաշտոնապես ստացավ 421,593 քվե, բայց ընդդիմության հանրահավաքներին մասնակցում են լավագույն դեպքում 3000 քաղաքացի: Այս ակնհայտ փաստը ևս գալիս է փաստելու այն ակնառու իրողությունը, որ քաղաքական համակարգի ընդդիմադիր հատվածն իրեն ուղղակիորեն սպառել է, և արդեն ժամանակի հրամայական է դարձել նոր որակի ընդդիմադիր հատված ձևավորելը:
6. Ազատության հրապարակում հավաքված մարգինալների խմբակն այս իշխանությունների հարատևությունը ապահովելու գրավականն է դարձել: Հենց այդ ուժերն են սպասարկում ՀՀԿ-ի իշխանության վերարտադրությանը: Ոչ մի սահմանադրական փոփոխություն այդքան արդյունավետ ձևով չի կարող ապահովել Սերժ Սարգսյանի վերարտադրությունը, որքան Ազատության հրապարակում «սեզոնային հեղափոխության» դաշտային հրամանատարներն՝ իրենց 2-3 հազարանոց հետևորդներով:
