Ապրես Զոհրաբյանը Ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Երեկ լսում էի Արմեն Ռուստամյանի ասուլիսը: Ասում էր՝ ընտրախախտումները չեն ազդել ընտրությունների ընթացքի վրա: Ու այստեղ լրագրողը շատ տրամաբանական հարց է տալիս. «Եթե չեն ազդում, ապա ինչո՞ւ են կազմակերպվում դրանք»: Ու այստեղ փայլատակում է Արմեն Ռուստամյանի վերլուծական միտքը, և նա պարզաբանում է. «Դա իներցիոն երևույթ է»: Ինչպես ասում են՝ «ակունք իմաստության»: Փաստորեն, ըստ այս մտքի տիտանի, Հայաստանում Նիկոլի թվերից գոյություն ունեն «իներցիոն ընտրակեղծարարներ», ովքեր հենց ընտրության օրերը գալիս են, թամբում են իրենց ձիերը, դուրս գալիս մեյդան և, իշխանությունների և իրավապահ մարմինների կամքին հակառակ, մարդկանց ընտրակաշառք են բաժանում, տեղում լցոնումներ անում, անկապ մարդկանց մտցնում ընտրացուցակ, երթուղայիներ վարձակալում ու «մեռելների» ներկայություն ապահովում տեղամասերում: Էսօր մեր ընտրատեղամասի կողքով անցնելիս մի քիչ ուշադիր կլինեմ՝ կարող է իներցիայից ուշացած մի ընտրակեղծարար մոտենա ու մի քսան հազար փող տա, ասի՝ ախպեր ջան, գնա, Այո ասա: ճճճ Նայում ես ասուլիսը, ու այդ մարդու պահվածքը և մարմինի լեզուն ցույց են տալիս, որ ինքը գիտի, որ ինքը սուտ է ասում, ու հասկանում ես, որ դա ի վերջո ինքն անում է «հանուն մի կտոր հացի, որ չուտի կյանքից քացի»: Հա, բայց դրա համար լիքը ձևեր կան: Ասենք՝ եթե ինքը փողոցում «Ելիր դաշնակ Դրո»-ն երգեր, դա ավելի պատվաբեր և հանրօգուտ գործ կլիներ: Դրանով ինքը հայ ժողովրդի պատմության հերոսական էջերը կքարոզեր, քաղաքին որոշակի մշակութային կոլորիտ կհաղորդեր, մարդկանց առիթ կտար իրենց սրտերը փափկացնել՝ մի քանի դրամ տալով թափառական երաժշտին, իսկ այսպիսով ստվերում է հայկական հեղափոխության անցած հերոսական ուղին և մարդկանց շուրթերից հայհոյանքներ պոկում:
