Քաղաքագետ Սուրեն Սարգսյանը վերջին երկու օրերի միջազգային արձագանքները մի քանի խմբի է բաժանում։

Ընդգծելով նախ ՄԱԿ-ի անվտանգության խորհրդի հանդիպման մասին՝ Past.am-ի hետ զրույցում նա շեշտեց. «Ինչպես կանխատեսել էի, որևէ բանաձև չընդունվեց, ընդամենը հանդես եկան հայտարարությամբ՝ կոչ անելով կողմերին նստել բանակցությունների սեղանի շուրջ։ ԱՄՆ-ից դեռ որևէ նոր բան չկա վերջին մեկ-երկու օրերի ընթացքում, բացի նրանից, որ կոնգրեսականներն են բավականին ակտիվ և կոչ են անում Թուրքիային ու Ադրբեջանին զերծ մնալ բռնություններից։ Ֆրանսիայի և Ռուսաստանի նախագահներն են երեկ գիշեր խոսել, քննարկվել է  եռանախագահների մակարդակով հայտարարություն տարածելու հարցը։ Կարծում եմ՝ մոտակա օրերին արդեն եռանախագահ պետությունների ղեկավարների կողմից հայտարարություն կտարածվի։ Իրանի արձագանքն էր բավականին հետաքրքիր։ Իրանը հայտարարեց, որ չի հանդուրժի զինված խմբավորումների և ահաբեկիչների գոյությունն իր սահմաններին։ Սա չափազանց կարևոր հայտարարություն էր, որովհետև ակնհայտ է, թե ով է տեղակայում գրոհայիններ և զինյալներ շփման գծի երկայնքով»։

Սուրեն Սարգսյանն ընդգծեց, որ, մեծ հաշվով, ոչ ոքի համար նորություն չէր թուրք-ադրբեջանական տանդեմի գոյությունն ու նաև նախապատրաստական աշխատանքները։

«Այս տանդեմն ակտիվ գործակցել է տասնամյակներ շարունակ՝ համագործակցության բոլոր հնարավոր ուղղություններով։ Բացի այդ, նախապատրատվել են հենց նման սցենարների համար։ Պատահական չէ նաև այն, որ կան շատ լուրջ տեղեկություններ ու ապացույցներ, որ Թուրքիան ուղիղ և ուղղակի ներգրավվածություն ունի։ Թուրք գեներալները նստած են ադրբեջանական շտաբներում, այդ թվում՝ նաև ռազմաօդային ուժերի շտաբներում։ Այնպես որ, այն, ինչ այսօր կա, թուրք ադրբեջանական տանդեմի ամբողջական և իրական դեմքն է»,-ասաց քաղաքագետը։

Անդրադառնալով դիվանագիտական դաշտում հետագա անհրաժեշտ քայլերի մասին, Ս. Սարգսյանը շեշտեց. «Առաջին հերթին պետք է շարադրել մեր և գերտերությունների ընդհանուր շահերն այս կոնֆլիկտի մեջ։ Այսինքն, ակնհայտ է, թե Իրանի հետ ինչ կոնֆլիկտներ կան, ակնհայտ է, թե Ռուսաստանի համար ինչպիսի խնդիրներ կան։ Այդ խնդրներն ակնառու են նաև ԱՄՆ-ի և ԵՄ-ի համար։ Բնականաբար, խոսքն առաջին հերթին Թուրքիայի կողմից վարձկանների ներգրավվածությունն ու ներկայությունն է  մեր, ինչպես նաև Իրանի սահմաններին։ Սա լարվածության բարձրացման տեսանկյունից լուրջ մտահոգության տեղիք է տալու ամբողջ տարածաշրջանում։ Սա չի բխում նաև Ռուսաստանի, Իրանի և ԱՄՆ-ի շահերից։ Այնպես որ, կան ուղղություններ, որոնք մեր կողմից կարող են կիրառվել ընդհանուր շահերի համատեքստում»։
