«Էրդողանը չարիք է դարձել աշխարհի համար. կարևորը Թուրքիայի տարածապաշտական քաղաքականությունը կասեցնելն է»
INTERVIEWՀայկական բանակը ցույց է տալիս իր բարձր մարտական պատրաստականությունը, ցույց է տալիս, որ ունի բարձր մարտական ոգի ու իր առջև դրված բոլոր առաջադրանքները փայլուն է կատարում: Այսօր հայկական բանակը, փաստացի, կռվում է Ադրբեջանի և թուրքական բանակի դեմ, ինչն արդեն նաև աշխարհն է ընդունում: Past.am-ի հետ զրույցում նման տեսակետ հայտնեց քաղաքագետ Էմիլ Օրդուխանյանը:
Քաղաքագետի խոսքով, Թուրքիան Արցախյան խնդրում Ադրբեջանին մշտապես և բացահայտ է աջակցել. «Իսկ արդեն այսօր, բացի հռետորաբանությունից, Թուրքիան նաև ռազմական տեսանկյունից է աջակցում Ադրբեջանին, ինչն արդեն նաև աշխարհն է ընդունում: Այս իրողությունը ոչ թե կոնկրետ Արցախյան հիմնախնդրի, այլ շատ ավելի մեծ համատեքստում պետք է դիտարկել ու հասկանալ: Արցախյան խնդիրը լուծում ենք մենք: Այսօր ռազմաճակատում հայկական կողմն այդ խնդիրը վերջնականապես է լուծում, բայց Թուրքիայի քաղաքականությունը շատ ավելի հեռուն նայող է: Ընդհանրապես, Էրդողանի կառավարման տարիներին Թուրքիան մշտապես տարածապաշտական քաղաքականություն է իրականացնում: Դրա վառ օրինակը նաև Թուրքիայի ներխուժման բազմաթիվ փորձերն էին թե՛ Սիրիայում, թե՛ Իրաքում, թե՛ Լիբիայում: Իհարկե, այս տարածքներում Թուրքիան ամբողջական հաջողության չի կարողանում հասնել, որովհետև դրանք մշտապես նաև անգլոսաքսոնյան քաղաքականության իրացման գոտիներ են համարվել: Հետևապես, Էրդողանն այսօր վերադառնում է 19-րդ դարի վերջից մշակած պանթյուրքիզմի և պանթուրանիզմի իրենց գաղափարախոսությանը, որն այդ ժողովուրդների միավորման հեռանկարն է մեկ պետական ամբողջականության մեջ: Եվ այսօր տեսնում ենք, որ արցախյան ճակատից ՀՀ-ի դեմ պատերազմելով՝ Թուրքիան փորձում է գործնականացնել հենց այս ծրագիրը»:
Վերջին օրերին միջազգային հանրության կողմից հնչեցրած մի շարք արձագանքեր հաշվի առնելով՝ քաղաքագետը նշեց, որ դրանք ևս վերոնշյալ մասով բավականին ստույգ են դառնում. «Էրդողանը փորձում է տարածվել դեպի այս տարածաշրջան ու չարիք է դարձել աշխարհի համար: Վստահ եմ, որ առաջիկայում շատ ավելի կոնկրետ միջոցառումներ են ձեռնարկվելու՝ թույլ չտալու Թուրքիայի էքսպանսիան դեպի այս տարածաշրջան: Դրանք լինելու են մասնավորապես Իրանի կողմից, որը վերոնշյալ գաղափարախոսության գործնականացման դեպքում Հայաստանի հետ մեկտեղ առաջին թիրախներից մեկն է դառնալու: Իրականում Էրդողանի ակտիվությունը սկսեց Բաքու-Թբիլիսի-Ջեյհան նավթամուղի և Բաքու-Թբիլիսի-Էրզրում գազատարի շահագործումից հետո: Այսինքն, հարցը ռեսուրսի ապահովումն էր, որը թույլ է տալիս բանակը շարժել, որովհետև եթե աշխարհն Էրդողանին նավթ չվաճառեր, Էրդողանի բանակը ուղղակի կմնար այնտեղ, որտեղ կա: Այսինքն, տեղաշարժի հնարավորություն չէր ունենա: Ու սա, կարծում եմ, շատ կարևոր ռազմավարական հարց է. արևմտյան շատ կորպորացիաներ ևս փայաբաժիններ ունեն նշված գազատարի ու նավթատարի շահագործումից, բայց պետք է հասկանալ, որ այս պարագայում կարևորը ոչ թե փողն է, այլ Թուրքիայի տարածապաշտական քաղաքականությունը կասեցնելը, որովհետև հետագայում այն չարիք է դառնալու բոլորի համար»:
