21-րդ դարում մարդկության առջև ծառացած խնդիրներից մեկը միջազգային ահաբեկչությունն է, որի արդյունքում լինում են ոչ միայն մարդկային և նյութական կորուստներ, այլև ոչնչացվում են հոգևոր և մշակութային արժեքները, հարվածի տակ է դրվում երկրների անվտանգությունը։

 Միջազգային ահաբեկչությունը ուղղված է ինչպես առանձին երկրների, այնպես էլ ողջ մարդկության դեմ։ Այդ իսկ պատճառով ներկայումս միջազգային համագործակցության կարևորագույն տարրերից մեկը վերաբերում է հենց միջազգային ահաբեկչության դեմ պայքարին։

 Նույնիսկ այն դեպքում, երբ աշխարհի տարբեր երկրների միջև խորը հակասություններ են նկատվում, նրանք պահպանում են համագործակցային ուղղությունները ահաբեկչության դեմ պայքարի շրջանակներում։

Օրինակ, երբ Ուկրաինայի հակամարտության և Ղրիմի՝ ՌԴ կազմ ներառվելու պատճառով ԱՄՆ-ի և Ռուսաստանի հարաբերությունները հասան իրենց պատմական նվազագույնին և պատժամիջոցներ սահմանվեցին Ռուսաստանի նկատմամբ, միևնույն է, ահաբեկչության դեմ պայքարի հարցում այս երկու երկրների միջև փոխգործակցությունը չդադարեց։

 Մարդկությունը Իսլամական պետության օրինակով տեսավ, թե ինչպիսի չարիք կարող է իրենից ներկայացնել միջազգային ահաբեկչության ինստիտուցիոնալացումը, երբ Իրաքում ու Սիրիայում այդ զինված իսլամիստական խմբավորումը էթնիկ և կրոնական զտումներ իրականացրեց, ոչնչացրեց հոգևոր և մշակութային արժեքները։

 Միևնույն ժամանակ, կան երկրներ, որոնք իրենց քաղաքական և տնտեսական շահերի համար փորձում են օգտագործել ահաբեկչությունը և շատ դեպքերում դառնալ անգամ միջազգային ահաբեկչության արտահանողներ։ Այդպիսի երկրների շարքում շարքում կարելի է դասել Թուրքիային, որը ահաբեկչության դեմ պայքարի քողի ներքո պայքարում էր «Քրդստանի աշխատավորական կուսակցության» (PKK) դեմ, իսկ ԻՊ-ի հետ հաճախ համագործակցում։

 Թուրքիան ԻՊ իսլամիստներին քողարկված աջակցություն էր տրամադրում, իսկ դրա փոխարեն գրոհայիններից էժան նավթ էր ստանում, քանի որ գրոհայինները կարողացել էին զբաղեցրել նավթով հարուստ շրջաններ։ Թուրքիայի և ԻՊ-ի համագործակցության մասին մեկ անգամ չէ, որ մամուլում գրվել է կամ դրա մասին փաստեր են ներկայացվել։

 Սակայն ԻՊ-ի ոչնչացումից հետո էլ Թուրքիան շարունակում է իր շահերի համար օգտագործել գրոհայիններին։ Անկարան իսլամիստական զինյալներից խմբավորումներ է ձևավորում, որոնք կռվում են Սիրիայի կառավարության դեմ կամ էլ Աֆրիկայում մասնակցում են Լիբիայի քաղաքացիական պատերազմին և պաշտպանում Թուրքիայի շահերը։

 Իսկ վերջին շրջանում Թուրքիան Սիրիայից և Լիբիայից գրոհայինների է հավաքագրում և ուղղարկում Ադրբեջան, որպեսզի մասնակցեն Արցախի դեմ ռազմական գործողություններին։ Եվ չնայած Թուրքիան և Ադրբեջանը հերքում են հակամարտության գոտում գրոհայինների մասնակցության փաստը, այնուամենայնիվ դրանց վերաբերյալ անհերքելի ապացույցներ գոյություն ունեն, ինչի մասին արդեն պաշտոնական մակարդակով սկսեցին խոսել Ռուսաստանը, Ֆրանսիան, ԱՄՆ-ն:

 Իսկ փորձը ցույց է տալիս, որ գրոհայինները ոչ միայն տարածաշրջանային անկայունության ստեղծման գործոն են, այլև գլոբալ անվտանգության լուրջ սպառնալիք։ Եվ փաստորեն ստացվում է, որ արցախյան բանակը ինչպես դիմակայում է Ադրբեջանի ու Թուրքիայի ագրեսիային, այնպես էլ կատարում է միջազգային ահաբեկչության դեմ պայքարի կարևոր առաքելությունը։
