Զելենսկին հայտարարել է, որ Կիևը ռազմական օգնություն չի ցուցաբերի ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության կողմերին

Ուկրաինան ռազմական օգնություն չի ցուցաբերի Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի շուրջ հակամարտության կողմերից ոչ մեկին։ Այս մասին հայտարարել է Ուկրաինայի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Զելենսկին Չերնովիցկի շրջանում կայացած ճեպազրույցի ժամանակ, գրում է tass.ru-ն։

«Խոսքն այն մասին չէ, որ Ուկրաինան ռազմական օգնություն կցուցաբերի որևէ երկրի»,-ասել է Զելենսկին։

Ավելի վաղ Ուկրաինայի ներքին գործերի նախարար Արսեն Ավակովը, իր պաշտոնական թվիթերյան միկրոբլոգում, անդրադառնալով ԼՂ հակամարտության սրմանը, հայտարարել էր, որ Ուկրաինան հակամարտության կողմերից որևէ մեկին ռազմական օգնություն չի տրամադրի:

«Ուկրաինան ռազմական օգնություն չի տրամադրի հայ-ադրբեջանական հակամարտության կողմերից և ոչ մեկին: Իսկ այ բուժօգնություն, մասնավորապես՝ դեղահաբեր, չափազանց վառ երևակայության տեր պատգամավորների համար պետք է ամբողջ երկրով փնտրենք»,-գրել էր նախարարը:

Ավակովի գրառմանը նախորդել էր Գերագույն ռադայի պատգամավոր Լյուդմիլա Մարչենկոյի հայտարարությունն առ այն, որ Ուկրաինան պատրաստ է ԼՂ հակամարտության սրման ֆոնին ռազմական և մարդասիրական օգնություն ցուցաբերել Բաքվին:

«Ժողովրդի ծառա» իշխանական կուսակցության անդամը նշել էր, որ եթե հարցը սուր դրվի, ապա Կիևն անտարբեր չի անցնի դրա կողքով: Նրա խոսքով՝ իշխանություններն արդեն աջակցություն են տրամադրում Բաքվին իրավական դաշտում և ռեսուրսների ոլորտում՝ պատրաստելով մարդասիրական օգնություն:

«Ուկրաինան այսօր պատրաստ է տարբեր հարթակներում աջակցել Ադրբեջանին: Խոսքը և՛ ռազմական, և՛ մարդասիրական օգնության մասին է»,-հեռուստատեսությամբ հայտարարել էր Մարչենկոն:

Հիշեցնենք, որ սեպտեմբերի 27-ին Ադրբեջանի զինուժը լայնածավալ հարձակում է սկսել Արցախում՝ թիրախավորելով նաև խաղաղ բնակչությանը։

Արցախի զինուժը խոցել է հակառակորդի 14 ուղղաթիռ, 11 ինքնաթիռ (4-ը Սու–25), 103 անօդաչու թռչող սարք, 184 միավոր զրահատեխնիկա, հիմնականում տանկեր, 82 ավտոտրանսպորտ, 10 զրահափոխադրիչ, մեկ «ՏՕՍ-1Ա» ծանր հրանետային համակարգ, 2 «Սմերչ» և 1 «Ուրագան» տիպի համազարկային կրակի ռեակտիվ կայանքներ:

Հակառակորդն ունի ավելի քան 1280 զոհ, որից 180–ը Քարվաճառի ուղղությամբ, ավելի քան 2700 վիրավոր։ Հայկական կողմից, նախնական տվյալներով, կա 158 զոհ և 200-ից ավելի վիրավոր։

Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերը թիրախավորել է նաև Արցախի և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության զինվորական և քաղաքացիական ենթակառուցվածքները, որի հետևանքով Գեղարքունիքում սպանվել է 2 քաղաքացիական անձ, Արցախում՝ 11 մարդ։

Ադրբեջանական զինուժի հրետակոծության հետևանքով վիրավորվել են ինչպես արտասահմանյան, այնպես էլ տեղական լրատվամիջոցների լրագրողներ։

Հայաստանում և Արցախում սեպտեմբերի 27-ին հայտարարվել է ռազմական դրություն։
