ԿԳՄՍՆ-ն ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի ներկայացուցիչներին իրազեկել է ադրբեջանական ագրեսիայի մասին

ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի կրթության միջազգային բյուրոյի խորհրդի նիստի ընթացքում խորհուրդը նախագահող ՀՀ ԿԳՄՍՆ արտաքին կապերի եւ սփյուռքի վարչության պետ Արկադի Պապոյանը հանդես է եկել հայտարարությամբ։ Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է ՀՀ ԿԳՄՍՆ-ն։

Նա հայտնել է 2020 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 27-ից առ այսօր Արցախի եւ Ադրբեջանի միջեւ շփման գծի ամբողջ երկայնքով Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերի ագրեսիվ գործողությունների մասին, որոնք թիրախավորել են նաեւ խաղաղ բնակավայրերը, այդ թվում՝ մայրաքաղաք Ստեփանակերտը:

«Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերի կողմից ուսումնական հաստատությունների թիրախավորումն անթույլատրելի է եւ պետք է արժանանա միահամուռ դատապարտման: Հրետակոծությունների հետեւանքով Արցախի քաղաքացիական բնակչության շրջանում կան զոհեր ու վիրավորներ: Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերը հարվածներ են հասցրել նաեւ Վարդենիսի շրջանի զինվորական եւ քաղաքացիական ենթակառուցվածքների ուղղությամբ»,-նշել է Արկադի Պապոյանը:

Առանձնահատուկ կարեւորելով ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի դերն ու նշանակությունը ժամանակակից աշխարհում՝ արդի մարտահրավերների հաղթահարման, կրթության կայուն զարգացման եւ երեխաների կրթության իրավունքի ապահովման գործում, ինչպես նաեւ հաշվի առնելով, որ ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ն զինված հարձակումներից կրթությունը պաշտպանելու Համաշխարհային կոալիցիայի հիմնադիր անդամ է, խորհրդի նախագահը կոչ է արել խստագույնս դատապարտել Ադրբեջանի ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարության ագրեսիան Արցախի Հանրապետության նկատմամբ։

Նիստին ընդունվել է 2019 թվականի ֆինանսական հաշվետվությունը, քննարկվել են խորհրդի գործունեության ռազմավարական նոր մոտեցումները, ինչպես նաեւ նոր տիպի կորոնավիրուսի (Covid-19) համաճարակային իրավիճակով պայմանավորված կրթության ոլորտի նոր մարտահրավերները: Նշենք, որ 2020 թ. հունվարի 21-ին Ժնեւում ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի կրթության միջազգային բյուրոյի խորհրդի որոշմամբ Հայաստանն ընտրվել է Խորհրդի ղեկավար կոմիտեի նախագահ՝ 2020-2021 թթ. համար։
