Հայտարարությանմեջասվում է.

«Հայոց փառքի ու պարծանքի արժանի բանակի գեներալնե՛ր, սպանե՛ր, սերժանտնե՛ր, զինվորնե՛ր,

Զինակից ընկերնե՛ր,

Նվիրյալ կամավորնե՛ր,

Արցախի և Ադրբեջանի շփման գծի ամբողջ երկայնքով տարբեր ինտենսիվությամբ ընթանում են ծանր մարտեր:

Հրետակոծության են ենթարկվել քաղաքացիական բնակավայրերը, ներառյալ՝ մայրաքաղաք Ստեփանակերտը:

Ազգն ու Հայրենիքը վտանգված են. վտանգված է մեր քաջ հայորդիների արյան գնով ազատագրված սեփական հողի վրա ազատ, անկախ ու արժանապատիվ կերպով ապրելու և արարելու իրավունքը:

Ուստի, հատուկ նշանակության ստորաբաժանումների հետ այժմ մեկնում եմ առաջնագիծ՝ իմ բաժին մարտը մղելու, քանզի ես արդեն առաջնագծում ավելի արժեքավոր կլինեմ, քան՝ թիկունքում:

Կոչ եմ անում բոլորիդ՝ անհապաղ ոտքի կանգնել և անմնացորդ նվիրումով պաշտպանել սեփական հայրենիքում առանց գոյաբանական վտանգի ապրելու մեր անքակտելի իրավունքը:

Սա հայրենական սուրբ պատերազմ է, որը մենք պետք է հաղթենք յուրաքանչյուրի առավելագույն մասնակցությամբ ու նվիրումով։

Ես հավատում եմ ձեր ոգու արիությանը և բազկի ուժին:

Լինե՛նք արժանի մեր Մեծ նախնիներին, բոլոր նրանց, ովքեր դարեր առաջ, Սարդարապատում, Մեծ հայրենականում, Արցախյան ազատամարտում, 2016 թվականի Ապրիլյան պատերազմում, 2020 թվականի Հուլիսյան մարտերում իրենց կյանքն են զոհաբերել, որպեսզի մեր մայրերի, քույրերի, զավակների յուրաքանչյուր առավոտ խաղաղությամբ բացվի, որպեսզի նրանց յուրաքանչյուր ժպիտ արժանապատվությամբ ու հպարտությամբ լցվի:

Լինե՛նք պատասխանատու մեր ներկա ու գալիք սերունդների առջև, որպեսզի թույլ չտանք դարավոր թշնամուն կրկին ցեղասպանել մեզ և յաթաղան ճոճել մեր գոյության ու արժանապատվության գլխին, որպեսզի հնարավորություն ու իրավունք ընձեռենք մեր գալիք սերունդներին լինելու և արարելու հավետ սեփական հողի վրա ու սեփական արժեքներով:

Մենք բազում հաղթանակներ ենք տարել և ստեղծել ենք կազմակերպված ու մարտունակ, տարածաշրջանում հզոր ու հաղթանակած բանակ: Հայոց բանակն այսօր ազգային միասնականության և համախմբման կենդանի մարմնացումն ու առանցքն է:

Այժմ կրկին ժամն է ազգովի դառնալու մի կուռ ու հուժկու բանակ, մի ոգեղեն հայրենական պարիսպ, որին կբախվեն բոլոր օտար մրրիկներն ու ետ կշպրտվեն գլխակորույս կերպով:

Վստահ եմ, որ դուք էլ եք կիսում իմ մտահոգություններն ու համոզմունքները, որ դուք էլ եք դավանում այն համազգային ու համամարդկային արժեքները, հանուն որոնց պետք է կանգնենք անկոտրում ու անվարան կերպով։

Սա մեր վերջին մարտն է, որը մենք անպայման միասին հաղթելու ենք:
