Օտարերկրյա ներդրումների ավելացում 77 մլն դոլարով

Արմեն Վարդանյանը Ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Ինչպես գիտենք՝ արտաքին և ներքին տնտեսական միջավայրում անկայուն վիճակ է, սակայն օտարերկրյա կապիտալի հետաքրքրությունները Հայաստանի տնտեսության նկատմամբ ակտիվացման միտումներ են դրսևորում, ինչն էլ շատ կարևոր է ներկա պայմաններում:
Հրապարակված տվյալների համաձայն տարեսկզբի առաջին երեք եռամսյակներին Հայաստանում իրականացված օտարերկրյա ներդրումները բավական կտրուկ ավելացել են՝ կազմելով 141,5 մլրդ դրամ։ Որտեղ աճը գումարային արտահայտությամբ համարժեք է 38 մլրդ դրամի կամ գրեթե 77 մլն դոլարի։
Հատկանշական է, որ ֆինանսական հոսքերի ակտիվությունն ուղեկցվել է օտարերկրյա ուղղակի ներդրումների համալրմամբ, ինչի դեպքում աճը կազմել է 16,8 տոկոս, ինչը ևս վատ ցուցանիշ չէ։
Հարկ է նշել, որ օտարերկրյա ներդրումային կապիտալի ավելի քան 56 տոկոսը ուղղվել է հիմնային մետաղների արտադրության և հանքագործական արդյունաբերության ոլորտ։ Ինչպես նաև ներդրումային գումարները բավական մեծ են եղել նաև էներգետիկայում։ Կապիտալի ուղղակի հոսքերը կազմել են ավելի քան 82 մլն դոլար։
Դեղագործության ոլորտում նույնպես նկատելի է հետաքրքիր ակտիվացում։ Նախորդ տարվա ընդամենը 411 միլիոնի դիմաց այս տարի դրանք կազմել են ավելի քան 6,1 մլրդ դրամ։
Գաղտնիք չէ, որ ՀՀ տնտեսության վրա ակնհայտ է ռուսական ներդրումային կապատալի բացասական ազդեցությունը։ Տնտեսական և ֆինանսական ոչ բարենպաստ իրավիճակի հետևանքով, Ռուսաստանից ստացվող հոսքերը պակասել են ավելի քան 63 տոկոսով։ Դրանք կազմել են ընդամենը 14,2 մլրդ դրամ կամ 30 մլն դոլար։
Փոխարենը՝ հոսքերի էական աճ է գրանցվել Շվեյցարիայից, Գերմանիայից, Արաբական Միացյալ Էմիրություններից։ Հայաստանի տնտեսության մեջ Միացյալ Նահանգներից կատարված ներդրումները ևս կտրուկ փոփոխություն են կրել։ Նախորդ տարվա ընդամենը 369 միլիոնի դիմաց դրանք կազմել են ավելի քան 8 մլրդ դրամ։
