Ադրբեջանը վերջին ճիգերն է գործադրում Ղարաբաղյան հակամարտությունը իր օգտին լուծելու համար. Աշոտ Ղուլյան
POLITICSՊատերազմը համատարած է, հակառակորդն օգտագործում է պատերազմի բոլոր հնարավոր ուղղությունները: Այս մասին այսօր` հոկտեմբերի 3-ին, ասաց Արցախ Հանրապետության ԱԺ նախկին նախագահ Աշոտ Ղուլյանը:
«Այն, ինչ-որ տեղի է ունենում ռազմի դաշտում, որտեղ մեր պաշտպանության բանակը, մեր կամավորները հերոսական գործողություններ են կատարում` ամեն րոպե դիմելով հերոսությունների, նույն ձեւով դա կատարվում է մեր կյանքի բոլոր բնագավառներում: Պարզվում է, որ մեր հակառակորդը ոչ միայն դասեր չի քաղել 1992-94 թվականների պատերազմից, Ապրիլյան պատերազմից, այլեւ բոլոր հնարավոր ու անհնար միջոցներով պատրաստվել են հերթական անմարդկային գործողությունների: Բոլոր նախանշանները առկա են, որ Ադրբեջանը երկար ժամանակ պատրաստվել է լայնամասշտաբ պատերազմական գործողությունների»,-ասաց նա:
Աշոտ Ղուլյանի խոսքով` իրենք մտածում էին, որ Արցախի դեմ լինելու է միայն Ադրբեջանը եւ դրան համապատասխան է եղել իրենց պատրաստվածությունը:
«Պարզվում է Ադրբեջանը այդ դասերը հենց այստեղից էր քաղել, որ իր ուժերին վստահ չլինելով արդեն սկսել է ձեռնարկել ե΄ւ Թուրքիայի աջակցությունը, ե΄ւ միջազգային ահաբեկչական խմբերի մասնակցությունը եւ փաստորեն մենք այսօր ունենք մի մեծածավալ ռազմական թատերաբեմ, որն ամեն րոպե կարող է վերածվել ոչ թե տարածաշրջանի, այլ ավելի մեծ հակամարտության: Այն, ինչ արվել է Ադրբեջանի կողմից սկսած սեպտեմբերի 27-ից, իմ խորին համոզմամբ, դուրս է մեր պատկերացրած հակամարտությունների տրամաբանությունից, որովհետեւ ոչ մի բանի առջեւ կանգ չեն առնում եւ Ադրբեջանը վերջին ճիգերն է գործադրում Ղարաբաղյան հակամարտությունը իր օգտին լուծելու համար: Վստահ եմ, դա չի հաջողվելու, որովհետեւ այսօր Արցախի շուրջ համախմվել է համայն հայությունը եւ բոլոր այն երկրները, որոնք լավ են պատկերացնում, թե ինչ է նշանակում տարածաշրջանային անվտանգություն»,- ասաց նա:
Ղուլյանի խոսքով` վերջին երկու օրերին առկա է հակամարտության ռազմական գործողությունների միջավայրի փոփոխություն. «Իմ կարծիքով սա տեղի է ունեցել հոկտեմբերի 1-ից հետո, երբ որոշակի փաստեր եւ տվալներ հայտնվել են ռուսական եւ ֆրանսիական ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարության տրամադրության տակ: Կարծես թե իրենք հասկացել են, որ այստեղ ղարաբաղի խնդիր չէ, որ այստեղ տարածաշրջանը Մերձավոր Արեւելքի նման նոր անվերջ ծխացող օջախ դարձնելն է, որի մեջ էլի նույն ձեւով թուրքական ձեռագիրն է: Ադրբեջանը այստեղ ընդամենը կամակատար է, որը գնալով ակնհայտ է դառնում»:
