Ռուսաստանը ջանքեր է գործադրում խաղաղության հասնելու ուղղությամբ: Այս մասին, այսօր՝ հոկտեմբերի 3-ին, ճեպազրույցի ժամանակ նշեց Արցախի ԱԳ նախարար Մասիս Մայիլյանը:
«Գիտեք, որ Ռուսաստանի ԱԳ նախարարությունը մշտական կապի մեջ է Հայաստանի ԱԳ նախարարի հետ, երեք անգամ հեռախոսազրույց է եղել վարչապետ Փաշինյանի եւ ՌԴ նախագահի միջեւ, նաեւ եռանախագահող երկրների ղեկավարների հայտարարությունը կա:
Այն ժամանակվա իրենց ջանքերը հաջողությամբ են պսակվել, իրենք ավելի մեծ հնարավորություն ունեին: Այսօր էլ պակաս չի հնարավորությունները, բայց մենք ունենք նոր գործոն՝ Թուրքիան: Այսինքն եթե Ռուսաստանը կարող էր ավելի հեշտ համոզել Ադրբեջանին, որ գնան խաղաղ ճանապարհով, հիմա ավելի դժվար խնդիր է դրված համոզելու Էրդողանին: Ավելի խոշոր խաղացող է հայտնվել Կովկասսում, եւ սա մենք եւս պետք է հաշվի առնենք:
Ամեն դեպքում ուժը մեր կողմն է եւ մենք կարողանալու ենք զսպել Ադրբեջանին ու ԹուրքիայինՀիմա Արցախի բանակն ու կամավորները պարտադրում են Ադրբեջանին խաղաղություն, բայց լավ կլինի, որ դիվանագիտական ճանապարհով, ինչքան հնարավոր է շուտ համոզենք ագրեսորներին, որ դադարեցնեն իրենց գործողությունները,-ասաց մայիլյանը:
