Այս ամբողջ ընթացքում ես հեռախոսային խոսակցություններ եմ ունեցել Ֆրանսիայի նախագահի, Գերմանիայի կանցլերի, Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության նախագահի եւ ՄԱԿ-ի Գլխավոր քարտուղարի հետ, երկու անգամ էլ` Վլադիմիր Պուտինի: Այս մասին «Ալ Ջազիրա»-ին տված հարցազրույցում նշել է ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:

«Բայց ես կարծում եմ, որ ավելի շատ հեռախոսային զրույցներ կունենամ Ֆրանսիայի նախագահի հետ եւ այլ ղեկավարների, որպեսզի քննարկեմ ընթացիկ իրավիճակը եւ իրադարձությունների զարգացումը»,-ասել է նա:

Դիտարկմանը, թե կարեւորը Վլադիմիր Պուտինն է, Փաշինյանն արձագանքել է. «Ռուսաստանը ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ է: Ռուսաստանն ու Հայաստանն ունեն խորը համագործակցություն անվտանգության ոլորտում, ներառյալ Հայաստանում  ռուսական ռազմաբազայի ներկայությունը: Կան գործող կոնկրետ համաձայնագրեր եւ, հնարավոր է, որ մեր երկխոսության օրակարգն այս առնչությամբ ավելի բազմազան է: Մեր դիրքորոշումն այն է, որ Ռուսաստանն առաջին հերթին համանախագահ երկիր է, եւ Մինսկի խումբն անում է բոլոր անհրաժեշտ քայլերը, որպեսզի խաղաղություն հաստատվի տարածաշրջանում եւ նպաստում է Ղարաբաղյան հարցի կարգավորմանը:

Հարցին, թե Դուք կցանկանա՞ք տեսնել Ռուսաստանի խաղաղապահներին, օրինակ` Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում, ՀՀ վարչապետը նկատել է. «Տեսեք, այդ հարցերը կարող են քննարկվել ավելի մեծ համատեքստում` ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի շրջանակներում»:
