Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիեւը ստորագրել է 2016 թվականի համար երկրի պետական բյուջեի մասին օրենքը, որում պաշտպանական ոլորտի համար ծախսերը, անցյալ տարվա եղածի համեմատ, գրեթե երկու անգամ կրճատվել է եւ նախատեսված է 1 մլրդ 837 մլն 821,237 հազար մանաթի մակարդակի, ինչը կազմում է ամբողջ բյուջետային ծախսերի 12,6 տոկոսը:

Այս մասին, հայտնում է «Ազադլըգ» թերթը:

Նշվում է, որ պաշտպանական ոլորտի համար նախատեսված ծախսերի 1 մլրդ 463 մլն 3,9 հազար մանաթը հատկացվել է պաշտպանության նախարարությանը, 210 մլն 919 հազար մանաթ մասը` պետական սահմանային ծառայությանը, 108 մլն 894 հազար մասը` ազգային անվտանգության նախարարությանը, մնացած մասը` այլ պաշտպանական նշանակության կառույցներին:

Թերթը նշում է, որ 2015 թվականի պետբյուջեում Ադրբեջանի ռազմական ծախսերը նախատեսված են եղել 3 մլրդ 783 մլն մանաթ, որը պետք է կազմեր 2015 թվականի պետբյուջեի 17,9 տոկոսը: 2016 թվականի համար նախատեսված ռազմական ծախսերն Ադրբեջանի պետբյուջեում, այս տարվա հետ համեմատ, մոտ երկու անգամ փոքր է:

Ալիեւի կողմից հաստատված Ադրբեջանի 2016 պետբյուջեի օրենքի համաձայն` պետբյուջե եկամտային մասը կանխատեսվում է 14,566 մլրդ մանաթ, ինչը կկազմի ՀՆԱ-ի 25,2 տոկոսը: Պետբյուջեի ծախսերը կկազմեն 16,264 մլրդ մանաթ, կամ ՀՆԱ-ի 28,2 տոկոսը: Դեֆիցիտը կկազմի 1 մլրդ 698 մլն մանաթ, կամ ՀՆԱ-ի 2,9 տոկոսը:

Ադրբեջանի պետբյուջեի վերջնական տարբերակում 150 մլն մանաթով ավելացվել են հարկադիր վերաբնակների համար նախատեսված հատկացումների չափը:

Բյուջետային ցուցանիշները կազմվել են մեկ բարելի դիմաց նավթի գինը 50 դոլարի չափով եւ մեկ դոլարի դիմաց մանաթի 1,05 փոխարժեքի կանխատեսմամբ:

Ադրբեջանի պետբյուջեն եւ պաշտպանական ոլորտի համար հատկացումները, անցյալ տարվա եղածի համեմատ, գրեթե երկու անգամ նվազելը կապված է նավթի գների շարունակական անկման հետ:

Ադրբեջանի արտահանման 95 տոկոսը կազմում են գազը, նավթն ու նավթամթերքները, իսկ երկրի պետբյուջեն 75 տոկոսով ձեւավորվում է էներգակիրների արտահանումից ստացվող եկամուտների հաշվին: 

Ադրբեջանի 2015 թվականի պետբյուջեում նավթի գինը մեկ բարելի համար նախատեսված է 90 դոլար: Ներկայում այն արդեն պետբյուջեում նախատեսվածից մոտ 49 դոլարով ցածր է:
